Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、紙葉類の集積装置に関し、特に一定の集積部
の容積を確保できる紙葉類の集積装置に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、この種の紙葉類集積装置は、第２図に示す様に集
積部１を形成するガイド２，３及び紙葉を搬送する経路
４を形成するベルト５，６０−ラ７．８．９．１０及び
ローラ１０と同軸上に取り付けられたスィーパ１１によ
って構成されている。紙葉１２はローラ８，１０が駆動
回転することにより、経路４を通って集積部１に運ばれ
ガイド３に沿って入り込む。この時、ローラ１０と共に
回転するスィーパ１１は紙葉１２の後を押すことにより
紙葉１２を整列しな状慧で集積させると共に、次に送ら
れる紙葉１２の入る集積部１を確保する様になっていた
。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来の紙業集積装置は、集積部１の容積が一定
の為、集積枚数が増えると、集積部１の容積が無くなる
為に集積可能枚数に限界があった。又、集積枚数を増す
為に集積部１の容積を大きくする方法では、紙葉がたお
れやすくなる等の理由で、集積部１の容積も限界がある
という欠点があった。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の紙葉類の集積装置は、複数枚の紙葉類を集積す
る装置において、紙葉をそろえ、がっ紙葉を押すスィー
パと、一定の集積部容積を確保する移動可能なプレート
機構とを有している。
〔実施例〕
本発明について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す縦断面図である。第１
図において、本発明の一実施例はガイド３および１３に
より構成される集積部１と、シャフト１５に移動可能に
支持され、スプリング１６により矢印Ａ方向に作りされ
たプレート１４を有するプレート機構と、ベルト５，６
、ローラ７゜８．９．１０及びローラ１０の同軸上に取
り付けられたスィーパ１１及び矢印Ｃ方向に駆動回転す
るスィーパ１７によって構成され、紙葉を搬送する経路
４とを有している。紙葉１２はローラ８゜１０が駆動回
転することにより、経路４を通り、集積部１に運ばれ、
回転するスィーパ１１及び１７に押され整列した形で集
積される。この時、矢印Ａ方向にスプリング布勢された
プレート１４は、使用１２を介して伝達されるスィーパ
１１及び１７の押しつけ力により、矢印Ｂ方向に移動す
る。この為集積部１は次の紙葉が入り込むのに必要な容
積を常に確保している事になる。
この為、多数枚数の使用を連続して集積しても、前述し
た理由により、整列した形で集積することが可能となる
。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように、本発明は、移動するプレート機構
と、プレート機構に紙葉１２を押しながら集積するスィ
ーパ１１及び１７とを有することで、常に一定の集積部
１の容積を確保し、これにより、多数枚の紙葉を連続し
て整列した状態で集積できる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 複数枚の紙葉類を集積する装置において、紙葉をそろえ
    、かつ紙葉を押すスイーパと、一定の集積部容積を確保
    する移動可能なプレート機構とを有することを特徴とす
    る紙葉類の集積装置。
