において、被塗物Wを搬送するコンベアハンガー
1に、給電バー2に摺接される集電子3と、被塗
物Wに接触されて電力を供給する接触子4とが取
り付けられ、前記集電子3及び接触子4が給電回
路6を介して電気的に接続されると共に、コンベ
アハンガー1に吊られて電着槽9内に浸漬された
各被塗物Wに給電バー2から通電される積算電力
量を直接的又は間接的に検出する検出器10と、
当該検出器10により検出された積算電力量が各
被塗物に応じて予め設定された通電量に達した時
に通電停止信号を出力する通電制御装置7と、前
記通電停止信号が出力された時に前記給電回路を
遮断するオンオフスイツチ8が設けられているこ
