Abstract

PURPOSE:To check flowing of a facing member and prevent generation of burrs by holding by plate the inner and outer surfaces of a backup material, laminating the facing member of clutch in the upper part, performing die tightening, and molding them in a single piece. CONSTITUTION:A minor step is provided at the inner surfaces of dies 1, 2, among which the die 2 fixes the inner surface of a ring-shaped backup material 5 while the one 1 and another 3 fix the periphery. A clutch facing member 6 is laminated in the upper part of this backup material 5 and tightened by a die 4, and thus the backup material 5 and clutch facing member 6 are molded into a single piece to constitute a moved plate. This prevents flow of the facing member 6 at the step between the inner and outer circumferences of the dies because of hot press, prevents burrs generated by the flow, and prevents also damage of the rear surface of backup material caused by intrusion to the rear surface.

本発明は、成形型1.2に内周にわずかな段差を設け、

積層し、加熱加圧成形によって一体的に成形したもので

ーシング部材6の研磨を行い、最終的に第2図、第3図
に示すような一体成形のフェーシングを形成する。

ラブチフェーシング部材を積層し加熱加圧成形するので
、ぼりなど生ぜず、バックアップ材を損傷させることは
なくなるとともにバックアップ材の回転強度を低下させ
ることはなくなった。
