に形成された第２柱状部とからなり、第１柱状部
および第２柱状部の長手方向に各々振動する振動
体と、前記第１柱状部の下端面が当接される走行
面を有する被駆動体とを具備することを特徴とす
る超音波リニアモータ。 (2) 一対の脚部とこの脚部を一端で連結する胴
部とを有するコ字状振動体と、前記振動体の左半
部を挾んで取り付けられた第１電極と、前記振動
体の右半部を挾んで取り付けられた第２電極と、
