【発明の詳細な説明】
産業上の利用分野
本発明は混成集積回路の製造方法において回路基板に部
品を実装する方法に関するものである。

従来の技術
回路基板へのチップ部品とリード部品の実装は混成集積
回路として近年よく利用されている。

第２図において、回路基板１に５ｎ６３％Ｐｂ３７％の
半田クリーム２を塗布し、チップ部品３を実装し、２２
０℃に加熱された半田槽４によって半田付けを行ない、
リード部品５をチップ部品３の面より回路基板１へ差し
込み、２５０℃に加熱された溶融半田槽６にデイツプし
てリード部品５を半田付けする。

発明が解決しようとする課題
このような従来の構成では回路基板上に半田付けされた
チップ部品３が２５０℃に加熱された溶融半田槽６によ
って、同チップ部品３の半田が溶ける温度に対してチッ
プ部品が動いて接触不良を起したり、熱ストレスにより
チップ部品３と基板１との接着信頼性を低下させるとい
う欠点を有していた。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解決するもので、２５０
℃に加熱された溶融半田６の加熱温度を２００℃〜２０
５℃に下げて半田付けを行ない、基板温度を１８０℃以
下にし、信頼性を確保することを目的とするものである
。

課題を解決するための手段
この目的を達成するために本発明の実装方法は溶融半田
の温度を２００℃〜２０５℃に下げてリード部品の半田
付けを行ないチップ部品の半田が溶けるのを防止し、チ
ップ部品と回路基板の熱ストレスを防止する機能を有し
ている。

この構成により従来問題となっていたチップ部品の接触
不良をなくし熱ストレスによるチップ部品と回路基板の
信頼性の低下を防止することができる。

実施例
第１図は本発明の１実施例を示す工程流れ図である。本
発明の片面部品実装方法について、第１図を参照して説
明する。第１図において、回路基板１に半田クリーム２
を塗布し、チップ部品３を実装し、２２０℃に加熱され
た加熱半田槽４によって半田付けを行ない、リード部品
５をチップ部品３の面より回路基板１へ差し込み、２０
０℃〜２０５℃に加熱された溶融半田槽６によってリー
ド部品５を半田付けする。
発明の片面部品実装方法について、第１図を参照して説
明する。第１図において、回路基板１に半田クリーム２
を塗布し、チップ部品３を実装し、２２０℃に加熱され
た加熱半田槽４によって半田付けを行ない、リード部品
５をチップ部品３の面より回路基板１へ差し込み、２０
０℃〜２０５℃に加熱された溶融半田槽６によってリー
ド部品５を半田付けする。
以上のようにリード部品５の処理の際、半田付は温度を
２００℃〜２０５℃に加熱溶融温度を下げることにより
、チップ部品３の半田が溶けるのを防止し、チップ部品
３と回路基板１とへの熱ストレスを防止することができ
る。

発明の効果
本発明によれば、加熱溶融温度を２００℃〜２０５℃に
下げることにより、先に半田付けしたチップ部品の基板
上面の温度が１８０℃以下となり半田が溶けるのを防止
し、チップ部品の接触不良をな（し、チップ部品と回路
基板の熱ストレスを少な（することができ、混成集積回
路の信頼性を向上させる効果がある。

Claims (1)
- 回路基板上に半田クリーム印刷後、チップ部品を配置し
、溶融半田処理を行なう第１工程の後、同じ回路基板に
リード部品を挿入し、同リード部品のリード部分を半田
付けする第２工程の溶融半田の加熱温度を前記第１工程
において半田付けさせた前記チップ部品の半田が溶けな
い条件に設定したことを特徴とする混成集積回路の実装
方法。
