<Prior art> For example, there is a method of repeatedly and continuously boiling bean paste, cream, jam, and other various foods as contents of a boiling container using an automatically operated boiling machine. In this case, at the start of the second and subsequent boiling operations, the boiling container is in a preheated state, which is different from λ at the time of the first boiling operation.
Furthermore, since the temperature in the work room, the climate, and other surrounding environments are changing, it is necessary to correct the heating power of the heater applied to the boiling container. Otherwise, the contents will burn on the boiling container, resulting in a defective product.

In this regard, the present inventor has developed a boiling machine in which the heating power of the heater is automatically corrected and controlled by a microcomputer.
First, we proposed patent application No. 168527/1983. and,
In this case, as far as the heating conditions of the boiling vessel are concerned, the heating temperature data of the boiling vessel, which should be adopted from start to finish during the boiling time due to its configuration, is stored in advance in the microcomputer as a set temperature signal. The current temperature of the container is constantly detected by a temperature sensor, the detection signal of the current temperature is compared with the target set temperature signal, and the heating power is adjusted to the intensity that corresponds to the comparison value. It is specified that it should be given to the cooking container.

In other words, during the first operation of the boiling machine in manual mode or program mode, the current temperature of the boiling vessel ranges from, for example, 20°C at the beginning of work to the highest temperature of 130°C, as shown simply as a solid line in Figure 1. As is clear from the corresponding solid line, the heating power of the heater is maintained at a high level until the maximum temperature is reached, and the heating power is gradually weakened after reaching the maximum temperature. For example, during the second and subsequent boiling operations that are operated in automatic mode, as suggested by the dashed lines in the figure, the current temperature at the beginning of the operation increases by an amount of, for example, 30°C. However, the heating power applied to the boiling vessel is automatically corrected and controlled to be lowered earlier than the first time.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, the current temperature (initial setting temperature) of the boiling container at the beginning of each boiling operation and the temperature difference between the first and second boiling operations (the above example) The value is 10
℃) is not constant depending on the properties and characteristics of the cooking container itself, its surrounding environment, climate conditions, etc., and also varies depending on the detection position of the temperature sensor mentioned above, the type of contents, etc. As a result, the correction range of the firepower described above is extremely wide, and it is still impossible to accurately and easily control the correction.

In order to perform precise correction, it is necessary to prepare a wealth of data for each of the various usage conditions as the above-mentioned set temperature signal that must be stored in advance in the microcomputer, which makes it cheaper. However, there is a problem in that it is difficult to put it into practical use, and troubles are likely to occur in the control system built into the boiler.

Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention intends to improve the above problems, and for this purpose, as a method for controlling the operation of a boiling machine, a boiling container for contents, a floor on which the boiling container is installed, and a boiling container The heating device is equipped with a heating device, which detects the current heating temperature of the cooking container using a temperature sensor, and also compares the heating setting temperature of the cooking container that is stored in advance to be adopted in relation to the cooking time with the detected current temperature. The heating power of the heater should be automatically adjusted based on the output signal of the comparison result. The preheating setting temperature is input in advance into the preheating setting temperature storage means as a constant temperature within a numerical range lower than the maximum heating temperature of the container and higher than the room temperature or other external environment temperature, and the above-mentioned The current temperature of the boiling container detected by the temperature sensor and its preheating set temperature are compared by the preheating temperature comparison means, and if the current temperature is still lower than the preheating set temperature, the output signal from the preheating temperature comparison means Controlling the preheating fire power control means of the heater,
While the heating power of the heater preheats the boiling vessel, when the current temperature of the boiling vessel matches the preheating set temperature, the operation start command output from the preheating temperature comparison means starts the actual operation of the boiling vessel. In addition, as a device for detecting the heating temperature of the contents used in carrying out the method, the upper part of the boiling container is exposed by a certain height from the installation floor, and the heat reservoir is discharged from the exposed part. ear piece for
It is characterized in that it is integrally formed with an overhang, and the temperature sensor of the boiling container is removably swept into the ear piece.

In other words, points A, B, and B constantly respond to the heating state of the filling, which is the filling, and while sensitively detecting temperature changes during the cooking process, points In this regard, it can be said that it is a measurement point that does not react sensitively to temperature changes and always performs a stable and unchanging temperature detection function. Moreover, the measurement point is from the gas cooker (12) to the ball i.
Since it is an exposed part of M (11), it is extremely easy to install the temperature sensor (21) of the present invention on the fish, which helps improve the durability of the sensor (21). Based on this purpose, in the present invention, measurement points are arranged at the above-mentioned special positions.

When repeatedly boiling and working the unit amount, the current temperature of the boiling container (11) at the beginning of each work is not constant, and the temperature difference between the first and second and subsequent times changes. Even if the target preheat setting temperature (initial setting temperature) is, for example, 90°C, it is lower than the maximum heating temperature of, for example, 130°C in the boiling container (11), and the temperature is lower than room temperature or other external environmental temperature. For example, since the temperature is set at a higher value than the possible temperature of 30°C, the boiling machine is put into preliminary operation in order to unconditionally preheat the boiling vessel (11) until the preheating set temperature is reached. It is enough.

Also, as soon as the preheating set temperature p1 is reached, the actual operation starts, so no matter how many times you repeat the boiling operation based on the original control program,
Furthermore, even if the room temperature and other external environmental temperature conditions change, the heating power of the heater (13) applied to the boiling container (11) during the working time can be adjusted within a narrow (limited compensation range). Therefore, it is possible to control the strength and weakness of a polar car lawfully and precisely.

) and compares the heating set temperature of the cooking container (11), which is stored in advance to be adopted in relation to the cooking time, with the detected current temperature, and outputs the comparison result. In order to automatically correct the heating power of the heater (13) based on the signal, in the boiling machine that is actually operated under the predetermined control program, the preheating temperature of the boiling container (11) is set to inputting in advance into the preheating set temperature storage means (23) a constant temperature within a numerical range lower than the maximum heating temperature of the container (11) and higher than room temperature or other external environmental temperature; The boiling container (1) detected by the temperature sensor (21)
The current temperature of 1) and its preheating set temperature are compared by the preheating temperature comparison means (25), and if the current temperature is still lower than the preheating set temperature, the preheating temperature comparison means (25)
The heating power control means (13) of the heater (13) is controlled by the output signal from the
24) to preheat the boiling container (11) using the heating power of the heater (13).
When the current temperature in 1) matches the preheating set temperature, the operation start t is also output from the preheating temperature comparison means (25).
Since the actual operation of the boiling machine is started according to the H order, it is possible to completely solve the problems of the conventional technology mentioned at the beginning, and no matter how many times the boiling operation is repeated or at any environmental temperature. Even when used under certain conditions, the heat power can be constantly and precisely corrected and controlled, and the effect is that high-quality boiled food that never burns can be obtained.
