Raw fish fillet vl, 1. A knitted fabric is used as a sheet for this purpose. A fiber sheet for placing a raw fish fillet is used to absorb fish juice generated from the fillet and to remove the fish juice from the fillet. This prevents a large amount of fish juice from adhering to the fillet and gives the fillet a clean feel. However, this fiber sheet only absorbs fish juice and does not actively prevent fillets from rotting. Therefore, the present invention aims to contain a certain substance in the fibers of this fiber sheet, and to prevent the fillet placed thereon from rotting due to the action of this substance.

。[Means and effects for solving the problems] That is, the present invention provides an antibacterial fiber containing a radioactive mineral powder and/or a silver mineral powder and/or a zinc oxide powder, and a spinning method for producing this fiber. The present invention relates to a composition for use. In the present invention, as the radioactive mineral, for example, fergusonite, perochite, monazite, etc. are used. These are naturally occurring, such as the Namikata region of Ehime Prefecture, the Iizaka region of Fukushima Prefecture, the Yamaguchi region of Nagano Prefecture, the Oro region of Kyoto Prefecture, the Abusumi region of Fukushima Prefecture, the Ishikawa region of Fukushima Prefecture, the Naegi region of Gifu Prefecture, and Fukuoka Prefecture. It is produced in the Kotoge region of the prefecture, Australia, India, Malaysia, etc. The composition of these radioactive minerals is radium oxide, thorium oxide, niobium oxide, tantalum oxide, yttrium oxide, cerium oxide, silicic acid,
Iron oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium oxide, calcium oxide, manganese oxide, magnesium oxide. It is made of manganese oxide, erbium oxide, etc. Radiation is irradiated from thorium oxide, etc. in this composition. Therefore, as a radioactive mineral, especially thorium oxide 0.05
It is preferable to use one containing up to 2.0% by weight. When thorium oxide exceeds 2.0% by weight, the amount of radiation irradiated increases, and the working environment at the manufacturing site of the fibers and spinning compositions of the present invention tends to deteriorate. Also,
When the thorium oxide content is less than 0.05% by weight, the amount of radiation irradiated becomes too small and the antibacterial properties tend to decrease. Note that the particle size of the radioactive mineral powder is preferably as fine as possible, and is generally about 0.5 μm to 3 μm. In the present invention, silver minerals include, for example, kigginite, kakuginite, sylvanianite, miasilite, petzite, anginite, hariginite, norkouginite, tankouginite,
Polypus ore etc. are used. Further, minerals containing less silver than the above-mentioned minerals can also be used. That is, the silver content of the silver mineral is o, oo
If it is s weight % or more, it can be used in the present invention. It is known that bringing silver into contact with other objects can have an antibacterial effect on those objects, but when the silver content in silver minerals is less than 0.005% by weight, silver The antibacterial effect tends to decrease. The particle size of the silver mineral powder is preferably as fine as possible, and is generally 0.5μ to 3μ.
Good condition. The zinc oxide used in the present invention is what is called zinc white or zinc mill. It has antibacterial properties and is also used as a filler in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The finer the particle size of zinc oxide, the better, and generally about 0.5 μm to 3 μm is preferable. In the present invention, antibacterial fibers are obtained by incorporating the above radioactive mineral powder and/or silver mineral powder and/or zinc oxide into fibers. Furthermore, antibacterial fibers may be obtained by incorporating ceramic powder obtained by firing a mixture of radioactive mineral powder, silver mineral powder, and inorganic oxide powder into the fiber. Inorganic oxide powders used to obtain ceramic powder include silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide. Examples include powders of iron oxide (■), calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, potassium oxide, titanium oxide (■), diboron trioxide, and the like. Furthermore, zinc oxide may be used as the inorganic oxide powder. The finer the particle size of this inorganic oxide powder, the better.
- Approximately 1 to 10μ is good for boat fishing. When obtaining ceramic powder, the mixing ratio of radioactive mineral powder, silver mineral powder, and inorganic oxide powder is preferably as follows. That is, inorganic oxide powder 10
With respect to 0 parts by weight, about 5 to 100 parts by weight of radioactive mineral powder and about 5 to 100 parts by weight of silver mineral powder are preferable. When the amount of radioactive mineral powder or the like is less than 5 parts by weight, the antibacterial effect tends to decrease due to a decrease in the amount of radiation irradiated. Furthermore, if the amount of radioactive mineral powder or the like exceeds 100 parts by weight, the amount of inorganic oxide powder, which is a coupling agent, will be relatively reduced, making it difficult to obtain ceramic powder. The antibacterial fiber according to the present invention is a radioactive mineral powder. It contains silver mineral powder, zinc oxide powder, or ceramic powder alone or in a mixed state. The content of radioactive mineral powder, silver mineral powder, or ceramic powder is preferably about 1 to 50% by weight in the antibacterial fiber, and if the content of radioactive mineral powder, etc. is less than 1% by weight. , there is a tendency for the amount of radiation to be irradiated to decrease. Furthermore, if the content of radioactive mineral powder or the like exceeds 50% by weight, the tensile strength of the antibacterial fiber tends to decrease. The content of zinc oxide is 5-200% by weight in antibacterial fibers.
It is preferable that the amount is within a certain range. Zinc oxide content is 5% by weight
When the amount is less than that, antibacterial properties tend to decrease. Furthermore, if the amount of zinc oxide exceeds 200% by weight, the tensile strength of the antibacterial fiber tends to decrease. In order to obtain the antibacterial fiber according to the present invention, first, a spinning composition is prepared by adding a radioactive mineral powder and/or a radioactive mineral powder and/or a zinc oxide to a synthetic resin, or a ceramic powder is added to a synthetic resin. A spinning composition is prepared. The method of adding radioactive mineral powder etc. to synthetic resin is as follows.
The synthetic resin may be made into a liquid and radioactive mineral powder or the like may be added thereto. In the present invention, the term "synthetic resin" is used in a broad sense, and includes polyamide resins and polyvinyl alcohol resins used to obtain synthetic fibers. Polyester resin, polyolefin resin, polyvinylidene chloride resin, polyvinyl chloride resin. It includes not only polyacrylonitrile resins and polyurethane resins, but also cellulose resins used to obtain recycled fibers and semi-synthetic fibers. In order to make these synthetic resins into a liquid state, they may be melted by heating, or may be dissolved in an organic solvent or the like. The spinning composition according to the present invention may remain in a liquid state, or may be made into a solid state by cooling or evaporating the organic solvent. If the liquid spinning composition is directly spun using a spinning device in a known manner, antibacterial fibers can be obtained. In addition, in the case of a solid spinning composition, antibacterial fibers can be obtained by turning it into a liquid and spinning it using a spinning device in a known manner. In addition, although the case where the antibacterial fiber according to the present invention is mainly used in a fiber sheet for placing raw fish fillets has been described above, the antibacterial fiber according to the present invention can also be used in other packaging bags, socks, etc. It is also used when manufacturing white coats, etc.
