Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform measurements on building maintenance quickly, accurately and briefly by providing a structure wherein measuring devices, interface units and a personal computer are mounted on a moving frame. CONSTITUTION:In a moving frame 1, a transducer, a converter and a personal computer are housed. A temperature/humidity sensor 2, a wind speed sensor 3, a carbon monoxide/carbon dioxide meter 4, a dust meter 5 and an illumination meter 6 are mounted on the moving frame and connected to the personal computer. The moving frame 1 is moved in the measuring range in the building. The height of a measuring stand 11 is adjusted for the sensor 2 and 3 and the illumination stand 11, and the measurements are carried out at the specified heights which are suitable for measuring conditions. The measured value in each measuring devices is converted into a digital signal. The signal is inputted into the personal computer. The measured values are added, operated and analyzed. In this way, a plan plot diagram, an average value and upper and lower values of temperatures, humidities and the like in the building are obtained. The replacing lives of fluorescent tubes and fluorescent lamps are obtained based on the measured values of illuminances.
