Abstract

PURPOSE:To rotate a patient in various directions with respect to the body axis thereof using a simple means without directly moving his bed and laterally shifting the patient by appropriately expanding the predetermined bags among a plurality of large and small bags composed of an elastomer such as rubber. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 3a is closed, a current is supplied to a compressor 4 and air passes through a two-way valve 2a and a three-way valve 2b to be supplied to a large bag 1a through a hose 6a. At the same time, air is supplied to a small rubber bag 1d through a hose 6e, and the large and small bags 1a, 1d expand. When the bags 1a, 1d expand to a large extent, a pressure switch 2c is operated and the two-way valve 2a is operated to stop the supply of air. The large and small bags 1a, 1d are held to an expanded state. The operating pressure of the pressure switch 2c is preset at a position where the body posture converting angle of a patient becomes max. When the body posture conversion of the patient is desired to be stopped at the angle on the way, the switch 3a is opened. When the patient converted in his body posture is returned to the original state, a switch 3b is closed to operate the three-way valve 2b and an vacuum pump 5 is operated.

(Prior Art) When performing X-ray fluoroscopic imaging using, for example, an X-ray fluoroscopic imaging table as a bed for a patient device, it is necessary to rotate the patient at various angles with respect to the body axis and take fluoroscopic imaging from different angles. is needed. That is, when attempting to diagnose the condition of the stomach wall using a contrast medium such as barium, the patient is rotated in a predetermined direction so that the contrast medium adheres well to the part of the stomach wall to be diagnosed, and the patient is rotated in this state. I am trying to do X-ray exposure.

In addition, there are X-ray fluoroscopic imaging tables that have a position changing function that rotates the patient's body axis in various directions, and there are some that have a curved top plate and a function that rotates the top plate itself.
Since the structure is complicated, a simple structure was desired.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, when attempting to change the patient's body position by rotating in various directions with respect to the patient's body axis, conventionally the patient had to use a self-scissor knife to change the patient's body position according to instructions from a doctor or the like. It had to be moved, which placed a heavy burden on the patient. In particular, pregnant women and seriously ill people were unable to move their bodies with a knife, and had to rely on an attendant to move them, so there was even a risk that the attendant might be exposed to radiation.

In addition, if the X-ray fluoroscopic imaging table is directly tilted, not only will the structure of the entire X-ray fluoroscopic imaging system be extremely complicated, but the table will also be tilted, especially if the table is to be rotated about the patient's body axis. Due to the narrow width of the board, it was difficult to create a structure to fix the patient so that the patient would not fall off.

FIG. 5 is a schematic explanatory diagram of the control system of the body position changing unit. When the switch 3a of the operation box 3 is turned on, the compressor 4 is energized, and compressed air is supplied to the large rubber bag 1a through the two-way valve 2a and the three-way valve 3b, and through the hose 6a. At the same time, air is supplied to the small rubber bag 1d through the hose 6e, thereby inflating the large bag 1a and the small bag 1d. When the bags inflate to a certain extent, the pressure switch 2c is activated and the two-way valve 2a is activated to stop the supply of air, and the large bag 1a and the small bag 1d are held inflated. The operating pressure of the pressure switch 2c is set in advance to a value at a position where the patient's body position change angle is maximum. If it is desired to stop changing the patient's body position at an intermediate angle, this can be achieved by turning off the switch 3a. In addition, to return the patient whose body position has been changed to the original state, turn on switch 3b.
Then, the three-way valve 2b is operated, and the vacuum pump 5 is operated. When the vacuum pump 5 operates, the large bag 1a
The air in the pouch 1d is gradually released, and the patient gradually returns to his original position from the changed position. In addition, inflating and deflating the large bag 1b and small bag 1c is as follows:
This is achieved by connecting the same system as above to the large bag 1b and the small bag IC.

According to the present invention as described above, by appropriately inflating the large bag, it becomes possible to easily change the body position with a simple structure. Further, when the large bag is inflated to change the patient's body position, the patient can be prevented from shifting laterally by appropriately inflating the small bag. Further, since these large bags and small bags are wrapped in cloth bags, it is possible to control the size and shape of the bags in the inflated state.
