複数のチユーブが並列状に配置されるとゝもに
、隣接チユーブ間にフインが配置され、かつ各チ
ユーブの両端が一対の中空ヘツダーに連通接続さ
れ、さらに上記ヘツダーに冷媒入口管および同出
口管が接続されてなる熱交換器であつて、前記少
なくとも一方のヘツダーの端部に絞り加工により
端面壁が形成されるとゝもに、その端面壁の中央
部に前記冷媒入口管または同出口管の先端部を嵌
入させる接続孔が設けられる一方、前記冷媒入口
管または同出口管の先端部近傍にはつば部が形成
され、かつ前記冷媒入口管または同出口管がその
先端部を前記接続孔に挿入されるとともに前記つ
ば部を前記端面壁の外面に当接された状態でヘツ
ダーに接合一体化されたことを特徴とする熱交換
