Claims (1)
- 測定物の重量を検知する重量センサーに於いて
、本体に該測定物の重量の印加により撓み光の透
過率を変化する光フアイバーを架設し、該光フア
イバーの透過率を検出してこの透過率により上記
測定物の重量を検知する検知部を設けたことを特
徴とする重量センサー。
