外周に装着し、かつ、前記蓋板と保持部材の径外
方向への最大突出部分を前記突出周縁の突出範囲
内に設け、 前記内部容体には、開口部に相当する位置に柔
軟な非透水性シートよりなる筒状排出口を設けた
