あることを特徴とする位置検出器。 (2) 磁化パターン30が、ピストン棒長手方向
について、周期的に変化していることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の位置
検出器。 (3) 検出器は、周囲方向または軸方向で相互に
ずらして配設された複数個の磁場検出器を有し、
該検出器の出力信号は、読取り回路によつて、ピ
ストン棒28の位置を再生する位置信号と合成さ
れるようになつていることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(1)項または第(2)項に記載の位
置検出器。 (4) 各3つの磁場検出器を、周囲方向または軸
方向において、それぞれ磁化パターン有効分割の
1/3だけ相互にずらして配設し、前記各磁場検
出器の出力信号を120°の角度で配設したコイ
ルで制御するようにしたことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第(3)項に記載の位置検出器。 (5) 120°の角度のコイル配置が励磁する磁
場内に、磁気指針を回転可能に配設したことを特
