In civil engineering works such as tunnels and building construction, when the ground is soft, it is necessary to pour water into the ground before starting work to prevent accidents such as landslides and ground subsidence, and to make excavation work easier. It is common practice to inject a chemical solution that hardens later and harden the ground before excavation work is carried out. After boring and inserting the casing pipe, inserting the chemical liquid injection pipe into the casing pipe and sealing the gap between the ends of the casing pipe and the chemical liquid injection pipe, a chemical liquid injection machine is set, and the chemical liquid injection is performed by the press-fitting machine. The ground was hardened and strengthened by force-feeding chemical liquids such as cement milk and water glass through a pipe and injecting the chemical liquid into the ground from the tip of the injection pipe and hardening it, but recently,
Drugs made of multiple components, such as those in which a base agent and a hardening agent are mixed with the above-mentioned chemicals, have come into widespread use.

Conventionally, chemical liquid injection tubes used in the above-mentioned injection work of multi-component chemical liquids have been made by joining together steel pipes, synthetic resin pipes, etc., forming a plurality of channels inside, and having a tip for mixing the components. However, in both cases, the chemical solution may leak from the joint, or if there is a protrusion in the borehole when inserting it after boring, it may get caught on the protrusion, or the chemical solution injection pipe may become damaged. The joint part of the chemical may get stuck in the protrusion and become stuck, making the work time-consuming and difficult to work efficiently. Also, it is extremely difficult to remove the chemical from the borehole after injecting the chemical. Therefore, when excavation work is carried out after hardening, metal etc. become entangled in the excavation tool, reducing work efficiency.

Also, regarding the work details, if the chemical solution is injected at once using the chemical injection tube, the chemical solution will be injected only from the tip, which will cause unevenness of the chemical solution injected in the ground, and Even if the chemical solution is injected sequentially from the deepest part, it is possible to inject only an average amount, but it is not possible to inject a small amount of the chemical into the hard part of the ground, and a large amount into the soft part, depending on the ground condition. This difficulty was pointed out.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a tube 2 having a diameter and length corresponding to the bore hole B and made of a soft material such as thin plastic, and a similar tube 3 having a different diameter only.
The drug solution injection tube 1 has one end open and the other end left open. It is closed with a seal 6. Reference numeral 7 indicates a flange-shaped head 9 having approximately the same diameter as the inner diameter of the drug solution injection tube 1 at the tip of a tube 8 having an appropriate diameter.
11 is a small diameter tube disposed at the rear end side of the main chemical injection/guide tube 7. In the sub-medicine injection tube, the drug solution injection tube 1 is folded into a generally bellows shape in its length direction, and the main drug solution injection/guide tube 7
from the flange 9 side, and fix the inner tube 3 directly to the tube 8 (12), and fix the outer tube 2 to the tube 8 and the auxiliary liquid injection tube 11 (12).
3, the main flow path 4 is connected to the main liquid injection/guide pipe 7, and the sub-flow path 5 is connected to the sub-chemical injection pipe 11.The above 1 to 13 constitute an example of the device of the present invention. .

The device of the present invention configured as described above is inserted into a casing pipe C having appropriate cushioning protrusions T formed on its inner surface as shown in the figure, and is inserted into a casing pipe C formed between it and the casing pipe C by a packer P. Seal the gap and set it in borehole B.
For example, if the base drug is first press-fitted into the base chemical injection/guide tube 7 using two types of chemical liquid injection machines (not shown), the chemical liquid press-fitted into the base chemical injection/guide tube 7 will be transferred to the base chemical injection/guide tube 7. However, since the tip of the main chemical injection/guide tube 7 has a nearly watertight structure with a flange-shaped head 9, the chemical injection tube 1 is pressed by the pressure of the injected chemical. Under the action of the head 9 and fins 10, the folded portion is successively extended and moves forward while receiving the medical solution therein.

When the seal 6 at the tip of the chemical liquid injection tube 1 reaches the tip of the borehole B, or when the chemical liquid injection tube 1 is completely extended and the pressure inside the tube 1 increases, the tube 1 becomes circumferential. When the pressure inside the tube 1 exceeds a certain pressure value,
Seal 6 etc. may be torn, or the borehole B may be damaged.
If there is a crack or soft ground in the middle part of the tube 3, the tube 3 corresponding to the crack or soft ground may be torn together with the tube 2, and the chemical solution will leak out from the tube 3.
As the pressure inside decreases, the sub-medicine injection part 1 is
If the curing agent is press-fitted from 1, chemical injection tube 1
Both chemicals are mixed at the torn part, and the chemicals are injected into the tip of the chemical injection tube 1, the crack, and the soft ground.

In the above chemical injection operation, the buffer protrusion T appropriately formed on the inner surface of the casing pipe C allows the tube 1 to contact the inner wall of the casing pipe C and the main chemical injection/guide tube 7 when the chemical injection tube 1 is extended. This helps to prevent damage to the head 9 and fins 10.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, a case has been described in which the device of the present invention is inserted into the casing pipe C inserted into the borehole B, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the device may be inserted directly into the borehole B. Furthermore, the main agent and hardening agent may be press-injected at the same time, or the pressure at the time of press-in of both agents may be adjusted to control the ratio of amounts injected into the ground G.

The device of the present invention inserts a chemical liquid injection tube with a plurality of fluid flow paths into a borehole as described above and allows it to run by itself, pressurizes the chemical liquid into the chemical liquid injection tube, and injects the chemical into the ground. Because of this, it can be extremely efficiently injected into the entire borehole, even when the agent consists of a base agent and a hardening agent, without getting caught in the borehole like with conventional injection pipes. .

In addition, the chemical injection tube is designed to rupture due to the pressure that builds up inside, so if the ground is uniformly hard, the tip of the chemical injection tube will break and the two types of chemicals will mix and rise inside the borehole. However, if there is a crack or soft part in the ground, the chemical injection tube corresponding to that part will break and the medicine will be injected into the crack or soft part, so the medicine should be applied according to the ground condition. It can be injected.

Furthermore, the drug solution injection tube used in the present invention is
Once the press-in of the drug is stopped, it will contract back to its original state, so it can be removed from the borehole very easily after the drug has been injected. Because of this, there is no hindrance to the excavation work that will be carried out after hardening.

Although the above embodiment describes the case where a double-tube structure is used for the drug solution injection tube, the drug solution injection tube of the present invention is not limited to this, and may have a triple-tube structure or more. Of course, it is also possible to change the structure and add the auxiliary liquid injection pipe 11 in accordance with this structure.
