  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 記録上の未定着トナーを定着するための定着装
    置において、 定着後の記録紙を、トナーの付着面が下になる
    ように排出する第1の経路と、トナーの付着面が
    上になるように排出する第2の経路と、これらの
    経路を切換える切換手段と、この切換手段を駆動
    させるための切換駆動レバーと、開閉自在なカバ
    ーとが具備されており、前記切換手段は前記カバ
    ーに装着され、切換駆動レバーは本体に設けられ
    ていることを特徴とする定着装置。
