``Prior Art'' Figures 1 to 3 show an example of the structure of a concrete protective fence developed by the technology disclosed in Utility Model Application No. 105798/1983, which was previously proposed by the applicant of the present invention. This is composed of a main fence (front fence) 1 vertically erected on a horizontal ground G, and an auxiliary fence (rear fence) 2 erected and connected to the main fence 1. Each of these concrete fences 1, 2 includes a plurality of pillar members 3..., 4..., extending vertically in parallel with each other.
and two upper and lower connecting parts 5a, 5b, 6 extending in the horizontal direction and connecting these pillars 3..., 4... in series.
a and 6b are integrally molded with concrete to form a lattice shape. A concrete protective fence with such a structure has excellent advantages such as an elegant appearance and is particularly difficult to penetrate or destroy.

However, when molding the auxiliary fence 2 which is vertically connected to the main fence 1 among the concrete fences 1 and 2 having such a structure, there are the following problems that must be solved. That is, in the auxiliary fence 2, the upper side part 2a of the main fence 1 is turned back, and the upper connecting part 6a
Due to the structure in which the upper part 2a is provided at a location away from the upper end of the pillar material 3, the upper part 2a has a cantilevered support structure, so there may be insufficient strength when demolding, and in some cases, the force when peeling from the formwork may be insufficient. As a result, there is a possibility that cracks or the like may occur in the upper portion 2a.

In the figure, what is indicated by the symbol A is a formwork device for molding the auxiliary fence 2, and 10 and 11 are formworks for pillar materials and formworks for connecting portions that constitute this formwork device A. These formworks 10 for pillars and formwork 11 for connecting parts are for molding the pillars 4 of the auxiliary fence 2 to be molded and the connecting parts 6a, 6b that connect these pillars 4 in series. It is arranged corresponding to the pillar material 4 and the connecting parts 6a, 6b. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, in this embodiment, ten pillar forms 10 are arranged in parallel in the width direction, and the connecting part form 11
are located in the vicinity of the lower end (right side in FIG. 4) of the column frame 10 and at a distance from the upper end, with both ends open in the column frame 10.

An end block 14 for forming an end face of one end of the column form 10 that is remote from the connection part form 11 (for forming the upper connection part 6a) is used to form the column form 10. It is constructed of mutually interconnected steel materials, and the end plate 14 is provided to be detachably attached to the column form 10. Incidentally, an L-shaped angle steel material is used as the steel material constituting the end plate 14, and as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the support plate 1 attached to the tip of the column formwork 10
5 through bolts 16 and nuts 17. Further, a hole 18 communicating with the inside of the pillar formwork 10 is formed in this end plate 14, and an embedded nut 19 is attached with a bolt 20 through this hole 18. This embedded nut 19 is screwed into a support rod for supporting barbed wire stretched over the upper end of the fence.

In order to form a concrete fence (auxiliary fence 2) using this formwork device A, as shown in Fig. 4, an end plate 14 is attached to the end of the column formwork 10, and concrete is poured. After curing for a required period of time, the concrete together with the end plates 14 is taken out from the formwork device A, and the auxiliary fence 2 as shown in FIG. 8 is obtained. When demolding the auxiliary fence 2, remove the bolts 16 and nuts 17 that fix the end plate 14 to the column formwork 10, and remove the end plate 14.
Since the entire concrete is removed from the formwork device A, this end slab 14 is removed from the column material 4 away from the connecting portion 6a.
It has a structure in which the upper ends are connected, and the upper part 2a is substantially reinforced from the connecting part 6a, so that even if force is applied when peeling from the column form 10, there is no risk of damage such as cracks here. . In addition, after demolding,
If the end plates 14 are kept attached even when the auxiliary fence 2 is transported, there is an advantage that the fence is also useful for protection during transport.

"Effects of the Invention" As explained above, according to the present invention, the free ends of the pillars extending parallel to each other are substantially reinforced by the end plates that form the end faces of these free ends.
Particularly strong enough to withstand the force applied to the free ends of the columns when demolding the formwork, and with the joints that connect the columns located at a distance from the free ends (one end) of the columns. Even if it is, it has the excellent effect of eliminating the risk of damage such as cracking of the pillar material.
