度を検出したとき、該調理具を加熱する熱源への
エネルギーの供給を断つ式のものは一般に知られ
る。

部に油は第3図に実線Bで示す如く天麩羅油の発
火点である380℃まで昇温する事があり、これは
火災事故につながり、特にこの現象は油の量が少
ない場合に生じ易い。

えると共に、該ガスバーナ1に連なるガス通路4
に該感温素子3に応動する制御部材5を介入させ
たものに於いて、該感温素子3を第1感温素子3
aと該第1感温素子3aより高い温度で作動する
第2感温素子3bとで構成し、且つ前記制御部材
5を該第1感温素子3aに応動して温度の上昇に
よればガスの供給量を減少する側に制御する第1
制御部材5aと、該第2感温素子3bに応動して
予定の高温度でのガスの供給を断つ第2制御部材
5bとで構成して成る。

た。尚、該第1感温素子3aは前記した液体膨張
式に限ることなく例えばサーミスタとすることも
可能である。その作動を説明するに例えば、第1
感温素子3aが200℃を感知したとき第1制御部
材5aがガス量の絞りを開始し、第2感温素子3
bが230℃を感知したときスイツチがOFFして第
2制御部材5bが閉じるようにしておくものとし
た。かくて該バーナ1の点火によれば、調理具2
が加熱されてその内部の油温が漸次上昇する。
