Conventionally, for rooftop floors, roofs, walls, etc. where insulation and soundproofing properties are especially desired, there is a method of installing various insulation boards and soundproofing boards under the waterproof layer or between the waterproof layers. . However, this method is not only complicated in construction and requires a lot of effort and cost, but also due to the physical properties of the waterproof layer, heat insulation board, and sound insulation board, i.e., the elasticity due to temperature changes and the difference in water absorption. Expansion, contraction, and warping of water can cause cracks, rupture, and displacement of the waterproof layer, often resulting in water leakage accidents.

There are also rubber asphalt compositions that are made by mixing rubber asphalt with rubber powder, mineral powder, and short fibers.
These have poor insulation and soundproofing properties.

The volume ratio of the closed cell plastic foam particles to the rubber asphalt emulsion is 1:0.5~
Blend at a ratio of 2.0 and mix evenly. However, foam particles have a low specific gravity and float, so to prevent this, asbestos, rock wool, glass fiber, synthetic fibers, and other short organic fibers are added as fibrous fillers to the rubber-asphalt emulsion in an amount of 1 to 5%. By doing so, lifting of the foam particles can be prevented and a uniform mixture can be obtained. Moreover, this fibrous filler is useful for improving the toughness of the cured coating film and the bonding strength between the rubber asphalt and the foam particles.

The composition of the present invention can be obtained by mixing a gelling agent into the homogeneous mixture of the rubber asphalt emulsion, closed-cell plastic foam particles, and fibrous filler prepared as described above. The gelling agent used in the present invention gradually destroys the dispersion state of the emulsion in water within several minutes to several tens of minutes after mixing, and separates water.
It hardens rubber asphalt, and includes sodium fluoride, zinc ammonium complex, Portland cement, and plaster. This gelling agent is added and mixed immediately before construction, and the amount added is usually about 1 to 2% by weight based on the rubber asphalt emulsion. Depending on the temperature difference, the amount added is selected to obtain the desired curing speed and to improve workability.

Example 1 (% is weight) Rubber asphalt emulsion containing 23% SBR latex (solid content 60%) and closed cell polyethylene foam granules (65 times foamed, bulk density 0.05) were mixed in a volume ratio of 1:0.8. A composition in which 5% of asbestos and 1% of sodium fluoride were added and mixed uniformly was applied to the substrate surface to a thickness of approximately 10 mm. It cured in 23 minutes.

The coating film of this cured product is flexible and has a high elasticity with an elongation rate of 230% before cutting, has a specific gravity of 0.48, is extremely light, contains foamed bubbles, and has good heat and sound insulation properties. An excellent thick waterproof coating film with a water permeability coefficient of 1×10 −12 cm/sec was obtained.

Example 2 Rubber asphalt emulsion (solid content 55%) containing 10% CR latex and closed-cell polystyrene foam granules (55 times expanded, bulk density 0.07) were mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1.5, and When 3% synthetic resin short fibers and 2% silica fluoride soda were added, the mixed composition was filled between the substrates with a spacing of 20 mm.
It was cured in 5 minutes after adding the sodium fluoride solution. The filled layer of this cured material is flexible and has a low elongation rate until cutting.
It is highly elastic at 150%, and extremely light with a specific gravity of 0.32.
Since the expanded granules contain more air bubbles than in Example 1, the insulation and sound insulation properties are even better, and the water permeability coefficient is 1 x 10 -8 cm/sec, resulting in a good insulation and waterproof filling layer. It was done.

Comparative Example Sponge crushed waste was mixed into the rubber asphalt emulsion used in Example 1 at a volume ratio of 1:0.8, and the same amounts of asbestos and fluorosilicate soda were added thereto and mixed uniformly. The elongation rate of the cured product obtained by applying the composition to a thickness of approximately 10 mm on the substrate surface is
125%, specific gravity 0.90, hydraulic conductivity 1×10 -4 cm/sec
Compared to Examples 1 and 2, the waterproof coating film had a higher specific gravity and was heavier, had rubber asphalt impregnated in the crushed sponge waste, and had poor heat insulation and sound insulation properties.

(Effects of the Invention) The curable rubber asphalt composition containing foamed plastic particles of the present invention is obtained by blending closed-cell foamed plastic particles with good adhesion into a rubber asphalt emulsion in a specific volume ratio, and Since the curing agent and fibrous filler are added, mixed uniformly, and cured, the cured coating film or cured filler layer has a structure in which the cells of the foam particles are covered with viscoelastic rubber asphalt, resulting in good heat insulation performance. , it has the feature that it can easily form a thick waterproof layer that exhibits soundproofing performance and is rich in elasticity.

In addition, since a gelling agent is added that is self-hardening and reacts from within to form a hardened layer, a thick coating layer or filler layer can be obtained at once, which requires the effort and time of applying multiple coats. It is possible to shorten the construction period without having to do so.
