常に希望する温度の湯をうることは不可能であ
り、かつ混合水流量にも変動が生ずるものであつ
た。また、瞬間湯沸器は通常インプツトをほゞ一
定にしておき通水量(例えばバイパスミキシング
水量)を変化させて希望する湯温に設定するもの
であるから高温では湯量が少なく、低温では湯量
が多くなる。したがつて、高低温に拘らず一定の
流量設定を行うことはできず、給水圧の変動等に
より希望する温度の湯をうることもできないもの
であつた。

内の湯と貯水槽2内の水は両槽1,2が給水連管
10で連通されていることから常に同一水頭を有
しているので湯と水は給湯管8と給水管9より常
時一定の水圧のもとにミキサー7の混合室へ供給
されて水と湯の混合比と混合湯量に狂いが生せず
常に一定に維持されるから予め設定した希望する
温度の給湯と希望する量の給湯が得られるもので
ある。また、給水連管10に逆止弁11を設けて
貯湯槽1内の湯が貯水槽2へ逆流するのを阻止し
て貯水槽2の水に湯が混入して水の温度が上昇す
るのをなくし常に一定に保たれるようになしてい
