【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は建築、構築物、および物置などの出隅
役物を装着するのに有用な取付具に関する。 従来、出隅役物を装着する際には、役物の化粧
面から釘を脳天打ちすることが普通であつた。し
かし、この固定法では役物の化粧面をハンマで誤
つて打つことにより凹凸にしたり、損傷を与える
欠点があつた。また、釘頭が外部に露出するた
め、防水性、防食性の面で弱点となる不利があつ
た。さらに、役物を打設するには下地が確実に形
成されていないと大きく凹凸する不利もあつた。 本考案はこのような欠点を除去するため、出隅
下地上に目視しながら確実に固定できる２等辺、
または不等辺山形状の装着部を設け、しかもその
両側端部に出隅の化粧面となる出隅用化粧パネル
をスプリングバツクを利用して係合する係止部を
配して上記パネルの装着を容易に、かつ確実に支
持する構造とし、役物の化粧面に釘頭が全く現わ
れない美しい外観としうる取付具を提案するもの
である。 以下に図面を用いて本考案に係る取付具につい
て詳細に説明する。第１図は上記取付具の一例を
示す斜視図であり、１は取付具で弾性を有する板
材、例えば表面処理鋼板、ガルフアン、アルミニ
ウム板、ステンレス板、ばね鋼板、合成樹脂板等
の１枚を成形したものであり、大きさとしては
L₁＝10〜3636mm、W₀＝30〜100mm位である。２は
装着部で固定片３，４を横断面が２等辺、または
不等辺山形状（挟角θ₁≒90゜、好ましくは90゜）を
形成するように配設し、図示しない出隅部分の外
装材の表面にその裏面３ａ，４ａを接触させ、釘
（図示せず）を用いて胴縁、柱等の躯体に取付具
１を固定するものである。５は補強突起で固定片
３，４が交差する角部を挟角θ₁の中心線に沿つて
外方へ突出し、取付具１自体の補強と図示しない
出隅用化粧パネルの補強を兼ねるものである。ま
た、補強突起５の横断面形状としては、３角状、
ハート状等であり、幅W₁は出隅部の大きさに応
じて定まる。さらに高さH₁は下記する係止部の
高さ、および出隅用化粧パネルの高さに応じて任
意に定まるものである。なお、好ましい高さ関係
としては補強突起５の一部分が出隅用化粧パネル
の裏面に接触するか、幾分かの間隙が形成される
寸法である。６，７は係止部で固定片３，４の側
端縁を延長し外方へ角部θ₂で折り曲げた係止片
８，９とその端縁を外方に順に折り曲げてガイド
片１０，１１、および補強舌片１２，１３とから
フツク状横断面に形成し、図示しない出隅用化粧
パネルを弾性変形を介して離脱なく、確実に係止
するのに役立つものである。さらに説明すると、
固定片の裏面３ａ，４ａと係止片８，９間の角部
θ₂は鋭角、例えば30〜80゜位、係止片８，９とガ
イド片１０，１１間の角度θ₃は０〜80゜、固定片
３，４と補強舌片１２，１３間の角度θ₄は20〜
80゜位とする。また係止部６，７の高さH₂は５〜
20mmである。 次に施工例につき説明する。 いま、第２図に示すように柱Ａ上に胴縁Ｂが固
定され、その上に外装材Ｃが直交するように固定
された出隅下地が形成されていると仮定する。そ
こで、第１図に示す取付具１を釘Ｄを介して下地
に固定する。なお、取付具１の長さL₁＝30mmと
し、出隅の上下方向に600mmのピツチで固設する。
次に第３図に示すような出隅用化粧パネルＥの一
端の係合部Ｆを係止部７に係止し、他端の係合部
Ｆをガイド片１０に載置して矢印イ方向に押圧す
ると一体的に係合した出隅が完成する。 以上説明したのは本考案に係る取付具１の一実
施例にすぎず、係止部６，７を第４図ａ〜ｃに示
