【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は各種熱可塑性樹脂射出成形品の角部形
状に関するものである。

て、熱可塑性樹脂製の精密な射出成形品を製造し
たい旨の要求が高まつている。この要求にこたえ
るためには、製品の素材となる樹脂に適したデザ
インを採用し、公差が小さくソリや変形のない射
出成形品を製造する必要がある。ここで射出成形
品のソリや変形を防止する方法としては、第1に
角部の外側形状を曲面状に形成する方法、第2に
補強リブを設ける方法、第3に図面第3図に示す
ような切欠き部も内側角部に設ける方法などが考
えられる。ところが、第1の方法は角部の外側形
状が曲面状に限定されてしまうのでデザイン上の
選択の幅を狭める不都合があり、第2の方法はヒ
ケ(高温で溶融した樹脂が凝固する際収縮し、凝
固するのが最も遅い箇所にその収縮が集中し表面
が陥没する現象)が表面に表われるため製品の外
観を損なうことがあり、かつ製品の構造上補強リ
ブを設けることができない場合も多く、第3の方
法は部分的に壁体の肉厚が急変するため製品の剛
性が低下し易くなり、かつ外観を損なうこともあ
る等の問題があつた。
