[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to the structure of a nonwoven fabric for interior goods that maintains the soft and warm feel of a nonwoven fabric and has improved abrasion resistance. This nonwoven fabric can be used as interior parts such as interior walls and ceiling materials for rooms, and interior parts of vehicles such as automobiles and trains, and has a warm, beautiful, elegant atmosphere that has never been available before. The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric for interior parts with good abrasion resistance.

(Prior art) Plastic sheets, textiles, etc. with printed or embossed patterns are used for interior materials such as automobiles, trains, and other vehicles, building walls, and ceilings, but they are paper-like. It lacked elegance, luxury, and warmth. On the other hand, nonwoven fabrics have a soft and warm feel, but have the disadvantage of poor abrasion resistance and fluffing due to slight friction, which seriously impairs the appearance. Therefore, the uses of this nonwoven fabric are extremely limited, and it is not used for interior materials.

In order to improve this drawback, it is impregnated with a binder resin, but even if the binder is a flexible resin, the binder-impregnated nonwoven fabric becomes hard due to the binding of the fibers to each other. This will impede the soft and warm feel to the touch.

There is also a method of applying a binder only to the surface, but this also has the drawback that the surface becomes paper-like and the texture is poor.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention uses needle punched
A fine continuous pattern such as a checkerboard pattern, a houndstooth pattern, a polka dot pattern, etc. is applied to a portion of the nonwoven fabric that is less than 20% of the total thickness from the surface of the nonwoven fabric, so as to occupy more than 40% of the total surface area of the nonwoven fabric. It is characterized by increasing the fiber density and binding the fibers together using a flexible binder, thereby solving the above-mentioned problems.

The nonwoven fabric used in the present invention is made of cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate, and synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon in the form of a web and needle-punched, and the fiber length is 1.
cm or more is preferable, and filament-like spunbond may also be used. The thickness of the nonwoven fabric is 1 mm to 4 mm, and the thickness of the surface portion with high fiber density is 20% or less of the total thickness, preferably 5% to 15%. If the thickness of the part with high fiber density is too large, the texture will be hard, and if the thickness is too small, the abrasion resistance will decrease.

A flexible binder is selected to be applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric, examples of which include polyvinyl acetate,
Examples include resins such as polyethylene, polyurethane, polyacrylic ester, polyvinyl chloride, and synthetic rubber latex. Plasticizers, softeners, etc. are also mixed in to soften the resin. Further, the binder is applied in a continuous fine grid pattern such as a checkerboard pattern, a houndstooth pattern, a polka dot pattern, etc. so as to occupy 40% or more of the total surface area.

One of the characteristics of the nonwoven fabric of this invention is that the surface portion with high fiber density is not tightly bonded to each other, but has a certain amount of voids, and in this state, the fibers are bonded to each other by the binder at the contact point. It means that it is glued.

In order to manufacture the nonwoven fabric of the present invention, a small amount of binder is applied by printing etc. to the entire surface or 40% or more of the surface of the needle-punched nonwoven fabric with the above fiber density, and before the binder dries or hardens, Pressure is applied to the surface, and the pressure is immediately removed to dry or harden the binder while the fibers recover their elasticity, thereby adhering the fibers to each other at their contact points.
