【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は透明乃至半透明の樹脂で深皿状に成形
される成形品に関し、特にフイニツシヤ等として
使用する自動車用樹脂成形品に関する。

一般に、第1図に示したような自動車の車体A
には、透明乃至半透明の合成樹脂で皿状に成形さ
れる成形品、例えばリヤフイニツシヤB、コンビ
ネーションランプC、バツクアツプランプ、マー
カランプ等が数多く用いられるが、これらの成形
品は取付上次のような問題がある。即ち、第2図
は細長い長方形に作られるリヤフイニツシヤBで
あり、底壁部1の内面には模様2が形成され、そ
の内面に塗装を施して、外部からは底壁部の板厚
を通して内面の模様を見せるようにし、一方、底
壁部1と略平行な取付壁部3の複数箇所には植込
みボルト4を固定できるボス5が突起させてあ
る。したがつて、このリヤフイニツシヤBを車体
Aに取付けるには、開放端即ち側壁部3の端面に
シールゴム等を当てがつて植込みボルト4でパネ
ル等に固定されるけれども、植込みボルト4やボ
ス5が正面から透視されて外観を損うため、側壁
部3の外面に不透明の塗装6を行なつたり、同部
をモールデングで覆う等の工夫を行なつている
(例えば実願昭55−113735号−実開昭57−37046号
公報参照)。しかしながら、このような塗装6や
モールデングは加工工程や部品点数を増加させ、
製品原価を上昇させるばかりでなく、フイニツシ
ヤの有効面積を低減させる等の不都合がある。
