Culverts are laid by laying crushed stone or split stone on the flooring surface, thoroughly compacting this, and then pouring concrete to secure the lower part of the culvert. When laying a culvert, make sure that the sewage flows smoothly, maintains an appropriate flow velocity, maintains an accurate slope to prevent dirt and sand from settling in the sewage, and is especially careful to ensure that the culvert is in a straight line and that there are no mistakes in height. is being carried out. Therefore, even after the culvert has been laid, the slope and height must be checked again, and if, for example, the slope or height is incorrect, the foundation work must be redone, or the culvert itself must be manually moved to correct its position.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) As mentioned above, the installation of a culvert is highly dependent on the finish of the foundation, and an incomplete foundation can lead to the destruction of the joints of the culvert and even result in the loss of the sewer function. I was getting used to it.

In other words, it is no exaggeration to say that the quality of the culvert installation work depends on the quality of the foundation. In this sense, the height and slope of the culvert site require particular precision, and more elaborate construction work is being carried out. This wastes a great deal of time, labor, and construction costs.Furthermore, after the culvert has been laid, it is extremely difficult to correct the slight deviations in height or slope due to ground vibrations, etc. In some cases, the foundation work had to be redone, resulting in considerable costs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention curves the bottom of the culvert body into a spherical shape downward in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and forms a plurality of A longer slope adjustment bolt is screwed through each of the screw holes.

(Function) With the above configuration, the present invention can control the height and slope of the culvert regardless of the finish of the culvert installation surface.
It can be set or corrected by screwing the gradient adjustment bolt forward or backward.

(Embodiment) An illustrated embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 and 2. The lower surface of the bottom 2 of the culvert body 1 is formed into a spherical shape downward in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and the bottom 2, a pair of screw holes 2a are formed so as to be symmetrical with respect to a vertical line passing through the center of a circle that makes the arc a part of the circle, and to be aligned in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the culvert body 1. Approximately U-shaped notches 3 are provided at the upper and lower portions of the screw holes 2a, and bolts 4 longer than the length of the screw holes 2a are screwed into each screw hole 2a.
A nut 6 is screwed into one end of the bolt 4 in the notch 3 at the top, and the other end protrudes from the lower surface of the bottom 2, penetrates the concrete 7 of the foundation, and hits the upper surface of the chestnut foundation 8. I try not to move close to it. A pair of such bolts 4, 4 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the culvert body 1.

To construct such a culvert, first, crushed stone or split stone is laid on the flooring surface, and concrete 7 is poured on top of the chestnut stone foundation 8, which is sufficiently compacted. The amount of subsidence of the bottom part 2 with respect to the concrete 7 is determined by the angle between the midpoint of the line segment connecting both ends of the arc that defines the lower surface and the pair of line segments connecting the ends of the arc that contact the concrete 7 of 90° to 180°. Set it so that it is within the range. After driving, tighten or loosen the nuts 6 with a hydraulic box wrench or the like to remove the bolts 4 that protrude from the underside of the culvert body 1.
Adjust the slope and height by changing the length. As described above, since the lower surface of the culvert body 1 is arcuate, the slope can be adjusted relatively easily. In addition, after construction, even if
Even if the position of the culvert body 1 shifts, it can be easily corrected at any time until the concrete 7 hardens.

(Effects of the invention) This invention uses bolts and nuts to adjust the installation position of the culvert, making it easier to install than before, allowing for continuous construction in a short period of time with less labor, and By changing the length of the bolt that protrudes from the bottom of the culvert body using a nut, you can easily make subtle adjustments to the slope and height.
