定結果の論理和をとる。表示装置7は例えばモニタテレ
ビ等の表示部を有し、監視領域内に異常が発生した判断
されたとき文字と音で監視人に警報する。画像蓄積装置
8はテレビカメラ1で撮像されたデータを所定時間蓄積
