従来例の構成とその問題点

考案の構成
本考案は、従来方式の細溝部パーテイング面を
平面部だけでなく、2mm程度の縦食切り面を設

とによつて、製品の意匠に対し、影響もなく、き

実施例の説明
以下に本考案の一実施例を、第4図、第5図に
もとづいて説明する。図において、1は製品外表
面を構成するキヤビテイ、2は製品裏面を構成す
るコア、3は射出された樹脂がメインランナーか
ら分岐される第2スプル、4は製品側からの迎え
スプルであり、型が開く際、3と切断され製品と
一諸に取り出される。5はコア側に加工されたサ
ブランナー、6はサブランナー5から製品部へ樹
脂を充填させるための縦方向に設けたサイドゲー
トであり、金型から製品を取り出した後切断され
る。7は細溝部外周に設けた縦食切り面である。
そしてキヤビテイ1とコア2は、サブランナー5
の周囲に縦の食い切り部7を設け、平面のパーテ
イング面に対し、直角方向にゲート6を設定する
