Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1)個々の鶏卵を個々の収容容器に収容し、各処理工程
間あるいは一工程内を搬送させて収容された鶏卵の重量
に基づいて分類し包装する鶏卵の選別包装方法において
、鶏卵の収容された前記収容容器を、最終工程の包装過
程で前記収容容器に収容された鶏卵を取り出すことなく
任意の個数結合させて包装する鶏卵の選別包装方法。 2)鶏卵の重量を計量し、個々の収容容器に収容された
計量済み鶏卵を前記収容容器に収容した状態で各処理装
置間あるいは一装置内を搬送させ、前記重量に基づいて
包装する鶏卵の選別包装装置において、 鶏卵の重量に基づき予め定められた区画毎に設置された
搬送装置と、 前記搬送装置に待機した前記収容容器に鶏卵を投入する
投入装置と、 前記搬送装置の搬送により収容容器が集合する排出端側
に設置された前記収容容器を複数結合する結合装置とを
設け、 前記収容容器を任意の個数結合させて包装することを特
徴とする鶏卵の選別包装装置。 3)鶏卵の重量を計量し、個々の収容容器に収容された
計量済み鶏卵を前記収容容器に収容した状態で各処理装
置間あるいは一装置内を搬送させ、前記重量に基づいて
包装する鶏卵の選別包装装置において、 鶏卵の重量に基づき予め定められた区画毎に設置された
搬送装置と、 前記収容容器を前記搬送装置に排出すべく前記収容容器
の搬送路側方に設けられた移載装置と、前記搬送装置の
搬送により収容容器が集合する排出端側に設置された前
記収容容器を複数結合する結合装置とを設け、 前記収容容器を任意の個数結合させて包装することを特
徴とする鶏卵の選別包装装置。 4)請求項1又は請求項2又は請求項3記載の収容容器
として使用する収容具であつて、前記収容具の内壁が鶏
卵の尖頭を下にして立った形状を有して成型された収容
