〔考案の技術分野〕
この考案は、オートバイの運転者シートの後側
に連設した同乗者シートに跨つて着座した同乗者
が足を置くオートバイの後部フートレストに関す

オートバイで大型のものでは、運転者シートの
後側に同乗者シートが連設されていて、同乗者が
跨つて着座できるようにしている。そして、同乗
者は、フレーム後部下部左右に設けた後部フート
レストの上に足を置くようになつている。後部フ
ートレストは、通常、左右のフレーム下部から後
方に突出させてブラケツトを締着し、このブラケ
ツトの先端に取付けている。又、ブラケツト先端
には、フートガードを締着して、足が内側にずれ
ることを防いでいる。ブラケツトは、フレーム下
部左右に露出していて、ボルト等の締着個所も多
く、これらも見えて体裁が悪く、締着部品も多く
て、製造コストが高くつく等の不都合がある。

て、しかも体裁がよいオートバイの後部フートレ
ストを得ることを目的とする。

つている。左右の後フレーム１には、Ｖ字形のブ
ラケツト４の上端をボルトで締着する。ブラケツ
ト４の下端には、軸金具５が溶着してあつて、後
部フートレスト６の基端を回動して起倒できるよ
うに軸７で軸着する。ブラケツト４には、表側に
カバー８を被着して、ビス９で固定する。カバー
８は、後側が、後部フートレスト６の内側上方ま
で突出していて、フートガード１０となるように
一体成形してある。１１はフレームカバーで、カ
バー８の上部は、フレームカバー１１の内側に入
る。１２は燃料タンク、１３は後輪、１４は後ホ

うとともに後方にフートガードを一体に成形した
カバーを上記ブラケツトに固着したので、ブラケ
ツトがカバーで覆われて体裁よくでき、しかもカ
バーがフートガードを兼ねていて締着個所が少
く、部品点数が少くできて安価にできる。また、
後部フートレストをブラケツトを介して後フレー
ムに設けたので、同乗者は快適な乗車を行なうこ
とができる等の効果を奏する。
