Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a primary air, and reduce heat loss, by mixing a part of hot secondary air with fuel and burning the thus produced mixture of hot air and fuel in a burner to be used for a combustion device of a baking facility for cement or the like. CONSTITUTION:A burner 6, which is laid out inside a secondary air piping, comprises a burner gun 1, a ventury tube 2, a guide vane 3, and a fuel supply pipe 4. By reducing the pressure applied to the fuel to be supplied to the burner gun 1 and the static pressure in an air stream flowing around the burner gun 1 at an accelerated speed, the fuel is ejected from an ejection nozzle 1a of the burner gun 1, and the ejected fuel crosses the air, thereby mixing both the air and fuel to satisfactory extent. The air flowing within a ventury tube 2 is a high temperature air identical to the secondary air outside the ventury tube 2. It is, therefore, possible to reduce heat loss.

In fluidized bed calcining equipment in cement firing equipment, etc.
When the above-mentioned conventional burner is employed and used with gas fuel, the fuel and secondary air for combustion are poorly mixed, and a large amount of secondary air is required. Furthermore, normal temperature air is normally used as secondary air, but normal temperature air is disadvantageous from the point of view of energy saving. Therefore, it is possible to use part of the secondary air or indirectly heated air as the primary air, but this requires a large amount of equipment and power, making it difficult to put it into practical use. .

In the present invention, the air flowing inside the Venturi pipe increases in speed at the constricted middle part, and fuel is ejected from the burner gun due to the pressure applied to the fuel and the decrease in static pressure due to the increased speed of the air flow, which increases the speed. Sufficient mixing is achieved by intersecting with the air.

In this embodiment, the combustion secondary air that has entered the Pencilly tube 2 is forcibly compressed by its own inertial energy, and its wind speed reaches its maximum at the narrowed middle section 2a of the bench-IJ tube 2. . Middle part 2a of the venturi 2
The spout 1a of the burner gun 1 is installed at . For this reason, due to the pressure applied to the fuel supplied to the burner gun 1 and the decrease in the static pressure of the accelerated air flow flowing around the burner gun 1, fuel is ejected from the burner gun spout 1a and is internally It intersects with the surrounding accelerated air and the two are thoroughly mixed. Further, the dimensions of the venturi tube 2 are such that a wind velocity necessary for combustion can be obtained.

Further, the shape of the Pentieri tube 2 in this embodiment needs to be considered depending on whether the secondary air is being sucked or blown in when viewed from the flow direction of the secondary air. At least in the case of suction, it is necessary to design the venturi so that the outer diameter of the outlet tip is greater than or equal to the inner diameter of the inlet tip.
