Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗滌槽内の汚れた洗滌液を第１濾過手段で濾過
    するとともに、該第１濾過手段で濾過した第１濾
    過液を上記洗滌槽に還流させ、また、上記第１濾
    過手段で濾過した第１濾滓を第２濾過手段の濾過
    液である第２濾過液により該第２濾過手段に流動
    供給して該第２濾過手段でその第１濾滓と第２濾
    過液との混合液を濾過させ、さらに該第２濾過手
    段で濾過した上記第２濾過液を上記第１濾過手段
    に還流するとともに、該第２濾過手段で濾過した
    第２濾滓を回収槽で回収することを特徴とする濾
    過装置。
