設けて該筒状体を中間位置にて折損することによ
り筒状体上方部分を折損除去可能とし、又、外蓋
の天板部裏面には係止突起を設け、以て折損除去
した筒状体上方部分を前記係止突起により筒状体
上端を下方とする様に外蓋天板部裏面に取り付け
