However, metal pulleys are heavy, especially for precision equipment such as VTRs, video cameras, office automation (OA) equipment, or toys.
If these metal booms were used in other devices, the overall weight of these devices would increase, which was undesirable. In addition, in such a metal pulley, the cutting process during manufacturing is complicated, and there is a risk that the manufacturing cost will increase.

Possible plastics constituting such a pulley include engineering plastics such as polysecure resin, polyimide resin, and polycarbonate resin. However, such engineering plastics such as polyacetal resin and polyimide resin are expensive and necessarily have poor playability.
There is also the problem that it is inadequate in terms of mobility.

It is also conceivable to mold it from polyolefin. Ultra-high molecular weight polyolefins, such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, are superior to general-purpose polyolefins, such as general-purpose polyethylene, in terms of 97 g resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, sliding properties, chemical resistance, tensile strength, etc. It is conceivable that it could be used as a pulley for power transmission in various precision instruments. However, since superpolymer polyester has an extremely high melt viscosity and poor fluidity compared to general-purpose polyethylene, it is very difficult to mold it by ordinary extrusion molding or injection molding, and most of it is compression molded. At present, only a small portion is extruded into a rod shape at extremely low speed.

とJる。Purpose of the Invention The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is capable of injection molding without impairing the excellent mechanical properties originally possessed by ultra-high molecular weight polyolefins and without causing delamination. Furthermore, there is no need for molybdenum coating to improve sliding properties, there is no need to separately supply lubricant or oil impregnation, it is relatively inexpensive, and it is especially suitable for power used in various precision instruments. The object of the present invention is to provide a pulley with excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, and sliding properties and low noise, suitable for use in transmission applications, etc.

As a result, it is possible to easily reduce the pulley by 1 q (17 tΩ in wear resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, or sliding property) at a relatively low cost. Moreover, according to the present invention, Since the polyolefin boob obtained by injection molding a polyolefin composition alone has sufficient sliding properties, there is no need to coat it with molybdenum to improve sliding properties, and it is not necessary to separately supply a lubricant or impregnate it with oil. Furthermore, since the polyolefin pulley according to the present invention has excellent abrasion resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, and sliding properties, wear and tear on the pulley is significantly increased. Due to internal temperature, back, etc., the sliding property between the boob and the hair to which it is rotatably attached 7) becomes poor.In addition to this, noise can be suppressed as much as possible.

In other words, the low molecular weight to high molecular weight polyolefins are present in such a proportion that they account for 85 to 60 weight Q% of the tank weight of both polyolefins. The solid titanium catalyst component may be, for example, a highly active fine powder catalyst component with a narrow particle size, an average particle size of 0.01 to 5flTrtF, and several microspheres stuck together. A highly active finely powdered titanium catalyst component that determines such properties is, for example, a solid titanium catalyst component disclosed in JP-A-56-811, in which a magnesium compound in a liquid state and a liquid state I!A can be produced by strictly adjusting the precipitation conditions when contacting with a titanium compound to precipitate a solid product.Specifically, it is disclosed in JP-A-56-811. In the method described above, a hydrocarbon solution in which magnesium chloride and a higher alcohol are dissolved is mixed with titanium tetrachloride at a low temperature, and then the temperature is raised to about 50 to 100°C to precipitate a solid product. 0.0 for 1 mole of magnesium.
A highly active finely powdered titanium catalyst component can be prepared by coexisting a trace amount of monocarboxylic acid ester of about 0.01 to 0.2 mol and performing the precipitation under strong stirring conditions. Further, if necessary, it may be washed with titanium tetrachloride.

The solid catalyst component can be prepared in 19 steps. Such a catalyst component contains, for example, about 1% to about 6% titanium, and the halogen/titanium (atomic ratio) is about 5% to about 90%. The magnesium/titanium (atomic ratio) ranges from about 4 to about 50.

Microspheres in the range of 0.05 to 3μ7n are also suitably used as highly active fine powdered titanium catalyst components. Specifically, the high-speed shearing method is as follows:
For example, a method is employed in which a slurry of a solid titanium catalyst component is treated in an inert gas atmosphere using a commercially available mixer for an appropriate period of time. At this time, for the purpose of preventing deterioration of catalyst performance, a method may be adopted in which titanium and an organic aluminum compound of the same molar amount are added in advance. Furthermore, it is also possible to adopt a method in which the slurry after treatment is filtered through a sieve to remove coarse particles. By these methods,

。In addition, when producing the polyolefin used in the present invention, in addition to the polymerization step 1 for producing the ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin, other polymerization steps 1 and 19 for producing a low molecular weight to high molecular weight polyolefin may be carried out. teeth,
A polymerization reaction of the remaining olefin is carried out in the presence of hydrogen. If the polymerization process for producing an ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin is a first-stage polymerization process, then the second-stage and subsequent polymerization processes correspond to the polymerization process. When the culm is located after the ultra-one-island molecule Q polyolefin production polymerization step 1-, a polyolefin containing the ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin is supplied to the polymerization step, and the polymerization step is When located after a polymerization step other than the high molecular weight polyolefin production chassis step, the low molecular weight to high molecular weight polyolefin produced in the previous step is supplied, and the polymerization is carried out continuously even in the case of spoilage. At that time, the raw material olefin and hydrogen are usually supplied to the mixing step. When the polymerization port [culm is the first stage polymerization process, a catalyst consisting of the highly active titanium catalyst component (a) (f) and the organoaluminum compound catalyst component (b) is supplied, and the catalyst is supplied to the polymerization process. If it is a polymerization process on the second floor and after the second floor,
The catalyst contained in the polymerization product liquid produced in the previous step can be used as it is, and if necessary, the highly active titanium catalyst component (a) d3 and/or the organoaluminum compound ( B)) may be supplemented with D.

By injection molding a polyolefin composition, it is possible to obtain a boot with excellent abrasion resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, and elasticity at a relatively low cost. becomes possible. Moreover, according to the present invention, the polyolefin composition is molded by Q=J
In order to achieve sufficient movement with the polyolefin-coated pulley obtained by itself, in order to increase the rolling movement, it is necessary to add lubricant to molybdenum coating 1 and separately supply lubricant. There is no need to impregnate it with oil.

Because of this, it is difficult for the boob to wear out, and furthermore, due to the rise in temperature inside the device, the b boob can be freely rotated. In addition, noise can be suppressed as much as possible. Therefore, when such a pulley is used in various precision equipment such as a VTR, it becomes possible to reduce the weight, cost, and noise of these equipment.
