Claims (1)
かつて往復動するラムの前面に配設されて素材を
圧造ダイ内に打ち込む圧造パンチと、この圧造パ
ンチの前進に伴つて素材を介して押し込まれるこ
とにより後退すると共に、該圧造パンチが後退し
始めたのち前進することにより上記素材を押し出
すノツクアウトピン手段とを有する圧造成形機に
おける圧造異常検出装置であつて、上記圧造パン
チの前進時にノツクアウトピン手段が所定量以上
後退したことを検出して出力信号を出力するスイ
ツチ手段と、上記圧造パンチが前進工程より後退
工程に移行する間における所定の期間において基
準信号を出力する基準信号出力手段と、該基準信
号出力手段により基準信号が出力されている間に
、上記スイツチ手段からノツクアウトピン手段が
所定量以上後退したことを示す出力信号が出力さ
れているか否かを判定することにより異常を判定
する異常判定手段とが備えられていることを特徴
