    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気軸受装置の回転子継鉄および固定子継鉄の
    少なくともいずれか一方に非磁性の誘電体を取付
    けて前記回転軸の振動時に該誘電体に渦電流を誘
    起して振動エネルギを消費するラジアル磁気ダン
    パにおいて、前記回転子継鉄に能動型スラスト磁
    気軸受の回転子継鉄を兼ねさせるとともに、磁気
    軸受および磁気ダンパのそれぞれの磁路の間に磁
    気抵抗の大きい部分を設けたことを特徴とするラ
    ジアル磁気ダンパ。
