Claims (1)
- 外側に軟磁性材料で作つたカツプ状継鉄、内部
に円筒状永久磁石と、コイルと一体で移動するシ
ヤフトとを同心円状に配置し、外側継鉄と内部円
筒状永久磁石との間の空隙に軸芯と平行方向に駆
動するコイルを配置した位置決め制御用の磁気回
路に於て、前記円筒状磁石は円筒状のラジアル異
方性永久磁石と、その両側に互いに同極が対向す
る方向に環状永久磁石を置き、ラジアル異方性永
久磁石の内径部に継鉄を配し構成したことを特徴
とする磁気回路。
