作部(8)と取付アーム(12)とが一体に揺動するよ
うに操作部(8)に係合した作用位置と、実線で示す如
く遊端側が操作部(8)から離脱して操作部(8)と取
付アーム(14)との相対揺動が可能なように前記係合
を解除した作用解除位置とに枢着ピン(13)の軸芯(
P2)の周りでの揺動によって切換わるように構成しで
ある。連動部材(14)にこれを切換え操作するための
レバー式の連動操作具(15)を一体に形成し、この連
動操作具(15)の基端側に作用させたスプリング(1
6)により連動部材(14)が前記作用解除位置に切換
え付勢されるように構成すると共に、取付アーム(12
