面図である。 1…対物レンズ、2…対物レンズ支持体、10
,11,12,13…板状部、14a,14b,
14c,14d…第1のヒンジ、15…第2のヒ
ンジ、16…回動部、17…基台。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 四つの板状部を平行四辺形を形づくる様配置し
、各板状部の向い合う端部を互いに平行な方向に
配した四箇所の第1のヒンジを介して連結するこ
とにより平行リンクを構成すると共に、 上記平行リンクの一つの板状部の内側となる面
に上記第1のヒンジの方向に直角で、この板状部
の板面に平行な方向に配した第2のヒンジを介し
て回動部を連結し、 この回動部若しくは該回動部が連結された板状
部に対向する板状部の何れか一方に対物レンズ支
持体を、他方に基台を夫々固定し、 対物レンズを上記基台に対して上記第1のヒン
ジによる変行リンクの変位に基づいてフオーカシ
ング方向に、また上記第2のヒンジを軸とする回
動変位に基づいてトラツキング方向に変位可能と
することを特徴とする対物レンズ支持装置。
