として硬化性の合成樹脂を使用したことを特徴と
する熱転写用シート。 (2) 剥離層２が、アルコキシシランを出発物質
として加水分解してオリゴマーを形成させ、加熱
により脱水縮合させて硬化したものである請求項
１に記載の熱転写用シート。 (3) 絵柄層３が、非結晶性ポリエステルを主成
分とする合成樹脂層に昇華転写像を与えたもので
ある請求項１に記載の熱転写用シート。 (4) 絵柄層３の上に接着剤層４を有する請求項
