DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to an improvement in a device for concentrating sewage sludge, etc. Conventional concentrators of this type have a number of hollow plates arranged in a concentrator tank, and the liquid obtained inside the plates is taken out of the tank, and the cake adhering to the surface of the plates is removed from the tank. Shake it down to the bottom of the
A device has been proposed that takes this out of the tank using a screw conveyor or the like. However, this conventional method has the disadvantage that it is difficult and inefficient to completely peel off the cake adhering to the plate surface, that is, to regenerate the overconcentrated surface.

Below, this invention will be explained based on the drawings.
First, as shown in the figure, the structure consists of a large number of hollow plates 2 that are submerged in water in a concentration tank 1, and a movable cloth 3 that covers the upper surface of these plates 2.
is provided in the concentration tank 1, and the plate 2 is provided with:
A liquid take-out pipe 4 is provided for each, and these liquid take-out pipes 4 are led out of the concentration tank 1. To explain the composition of liquid 2 in detail, its frame 5
As shown in FIG. 3, it is constructed in the shape of a picture frame, and a net 6 is stretched on each of its front and back surfaces. This liquid 2 is attached to a support frame 7 provided within the concentration tank 1, as shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the cloth 3 is wrapped in a zigzag pattern around guide rolls 8 provided above and below the board 2 so as to cover the front and back surfaces of the board 2, and then the cloth 3 is concentrated. Drive roll 9 provided outside the tank 1
And it is arranged to run around the driven roll 10. Reference numeral 11 is a washing tank for the cloth 3, and a rotating brush 12 and a washing water spray nozzle 13 are provided in this washing tank 11 portion. still,
This cleaning tank 11 may be provided with an ultrasonic generator to perform cleaning using ultrasonic waves. Further, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 14 is a scraper, in FIG. 2, reference numeral 15 is a siphon pipe connected to the liquid extraction pipe 4, 16 is a trap, 17 is a solenoid valve for operating the siphon pipe, and 18 is an air vent. It is a valve. Note that although the illustrated example shows a concentrator having one row of plates, in the case of a large concentration tank 1, it is of course possible to provide multiple rows of plates. Further, the reference numeral 20 indicates a screw conveyor for removing sludge.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, if the siphon pipe 15 is operated while supplying a stock solution such as sewage sludge to the thickening tank 1, the stock solution is passed through the front and back sides of the plate 2, and the liquid is passed through the siphon pipe 15. The sludge in the thickening tank 1 is drawn out of the thickening tank 1 through the pipe 15, and the sludge in the thickening tank 1 is concentrated and accumulated at the bottom of the thickening tank 1. At the same time, the concentrated sludge (cake) is also deposited on the cloth surfaces on the front and back of the plate 2. It accumulates gradually. That is,
It is capable of taking out the liquid at the same time as supplying the stock solution and concentrating the stock solution continuously.A large number of thin plates 2 are arranged in parallel, and together with the wide overflow (concentration) area, highly efficient concentration is achieved. It is something that can be done. Then, by continuing the concentration operation as described above,
When the cloth becomes clogged, the amount of liquid discharged decreases and the water level in the concentration tank 1 rises. In this case, this water level is detected and the drive roll 9 is rotated to run the cloth 3 and remove the deposit The cake is peeled off by the scraper 14, and the cleaning tank 1
In step 1, the cloth 3 can be regenerated by washing, and the over (concentration) operation can be performed again. To explain this cloth washing operation in more detail, in the illustrated example, the liquid level detection switch 19 shown in FIG.
It is interlocked and connected to a solenoid valve 17 provided in the tank 1 and a valve (not shown) provided in the raw solution supply path, and when the liquid level H in the concentration tank 1 becomes high, the above-mentioned valve is closed and the drive roll is rotated. , the cloth 3 is run. That is, the siphon is cut and cloth 3
By running this in a state where water pressure is not built up, the attached cake can be peeled off by the scraper 14, and the clogging can be removed in the cleaning tank 11. In this way,
Once the cloth 3 has completed one cycle and the cake has been removed and washed, the superconcentration operation is performed again, and although the regeneration operation of the cloth 3 is not shown, it is carried out within the time set by the timer. This is done automatically. In addition, in Fig. 2, the siphon tube 1
The air vent valve 18 provided at the top of the siphon is used when starting the siphon, and the trap 16 provided at the bottom prevents air from entering and cutting the siphon when the liquid decreases. It is for the purpose of Further, the concentrated cake accumulated at the bottom of the concentration tank 1 is taken out by a screw conveyor 20.

As described above, the concentrating device according to the present invention can provide an extremely wide superconcentration area by arranging a large number of plates in a row, and can perform highly efficient and rapid superconcentration. In invention,
By running the cloth that forms the superconcentration surface, it is possible to completely regenerate the superconcentration cloth, which was the biggest difficulty in conventional concentrators of this type, and
This can be done automatically and can be applied to large amounts of sludge treatment.
