デイスクロータを介して対向する一対の摩擦パツ
ドと、該一対の摩擦パツドを夫々前記デイスクロ
ータの回転軸に平行に摺動可能に支持する一対の
ブラケツト及び該一対のブラケツトを連結するフ
レームを有し車両の固定部分に固着するマウンテ
イングブラケツトと、該マウンテイングブラケツ
トに摺動可能に装着し前記一対の摩擦パツドの一
方の摩擦パツドの背面を前記デイスクロータ方向
に押圧するピストンを有すると共に、該ピストン
に対向して他方の摩擦パツドの背面に当接し当該
ピストンに応動して前記デイスクロータ方向に押
圧する爪部を有するキヤリパとを備えたデイスク
ブレーキにおいて、前記爪部と前記他方の摩擦パ
ツドの背面との当接部と、前記ピストンの前記一
方の摩擦パツドの背面への押圧部とを各々の前記
デイスクロータに対する前記デイスクロータの回
転軸に平行な投影面積が重合するように形成した
ことを特徴とするデイスクブレーキ。 (2) 前記ピストンが、開口端部が前記押圧部を
構成するカツプ形状であつて、前記ピストンに対
向する前記爪部に、前記押圧部に対し前記デイス
クロータの回転軸に平行な方向で重合する突起が
設けられ、該突起が前記当接部を構成することを

構成するカツプ形状であつて、前記爪部が当接す

成することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
