Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ステータに固着された圧電素子に、交流駆動電
圧を印加し、ステータ表面に進行性振動波を発生
させ、該振動波により上記ステータ表面に圧接し
たロータを駆動する超音波モータにおいて、 上記ステータとロータの圧接面の側近位置に、
ステータとロータにより挾み付けられたシール部
材を配設し、同シール部材によつて上記圧接面を
外気より遮断したことを特徴とする超音波モータ
。
