Description
[1.蓄電装置10の全般的な説明]
まず、本実施の形態における蓄電装置10の構成について説明する。図1は、実施の形態に係る蓄電装置10の外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態に係る蓄電装置10において外装ケース100の本体と蓋とを分離して外装ケース100の内方を示す斜視図である。図3は、実施の形態に係る蓄電装置10において外装ケース100の内方の構成を分解して示す分解斜視図である。なお、図3では、中間ケース200の側壁部211dの外側に配置されている電気機器500の図示は省略されている。
上記のように構成された蓄電装置10において、バスバー400は、Y軸方向マイナス側から見て2行2列で配列された4つの蓄電素子300それぞれの電極端子302と接合されている。このバスバー400の構成について図4及び図5を用いて説明する。なお、バスバー400は、第一バスバーの一例である。
図6は、実施の形態の変形例に係るバスバー480の構成を示す平面図である。なお、図6において、バスバー480が有する接続部490については、おおよその配置領域がドットを付した領域で表されている。また、バスバー480に隠される電極端子302は、おおよその外形が点線で表されている。
以上、本発明の実施の形態に係る蓄電装置10について説明したが、本発明は、この実施の形態に限定されるものではない。つまり、今回開示された実施の形態は、全ての点で例示であって制限的なものではなく、本発明の範囲は、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更が含まれる。

Claims (6)
- 複数の蓄電素子と第一バスバーとを備える蓄電装置であって、
前記複数の蓄電素子は、第一方向及び前記第一方向と直交する第二方向において2行2列で配列され、かつ、前記第一方向に長側面を向けて配置された4つの蓄電素子を含み、
前記4つの蓄電素子のそれぞれは、前記第一方向及び前記第二方向と直交する第三方向の端部に電極端子を有し、
前記第一バスバーは、
前記4つの蓄電素子のそれぞれの電極端子と接続された4つの接続部と、
前記第一方向における、前記4つの接続部のうちの前記第一方向に並ぶ2つの接続部の間の位置に配置され、前記第二方向に延設された湾曲部と、
前記4つの接続部のうちの前記第二方向に並ぶ2つの接続部の間に配置され、前記第一バスバーの、前記第一方向の端縁から前記第一方向に沿って延設された切欠部と、を有する、
蓄電装置。 - 前記切欠部は、前記第一バスバーの、前記第一方向の端縁から、前記湾曲部の手前の位置まで延設されている、
請求項1記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記湾曲部は、前記第一バスバーにおいて、前記第二方向の一端から他端まで連続して設けられている、
請求項1または2記載の蓄電装置。 - さらに、前記4つの蓄電素子のうちの前記第一方向に並ぶ2つの蓄電素子それぞれの他の電極端子に接続された第二バスバーを備え、
前記第一バスバーの、導通路における断面積の最小値は、前記第二バスバーの、導通路における断面積の最小値以上である、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第一バスバーにおける前記4つの接続部のそれぞれは、前記第一バスバーと、前記4つの蓄電素子のそれぞれの電極端子とが溶接されることで形成されている、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第一バスバーは、前記第二方向の端縁に、前記第三方向から見た場合において当該端縁から内側に凹んだ凹部を有しており、前記凹部は、前記湾曲部の端に位置する、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
