Claims (12)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板上に形成され、複数のR(赤)、G(緑)、B(青)サブ画素を区画するバンク層と、
各々のサブ画素に配置された薄膜トランジスタと、
各々のサブ画素に配置された有機発光素子と、
前記バンク層上における前記Rサブ画素の周辺に配置された複数のスペーサとで構成され、
前記有機発光素子は、各々のサブ画素に配置されたアノード電極、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子輸送層、カソード電極を含み、
前記複数のスペーサのそれぞれは逆テーパー状に形成され、
前記正孔輸送層および前記電子輸送層は、前記複数のスペーサのそれぞれの側面および上面に形成され、
前記カソード電極は、前記複数のスペーサのそれぞれの上面に形成され、前記複数のスペーサのそれぞれの側面に形成されないことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記複数のスペーサは、前記Rサブ画素の周辺において互いに離間して配置され、前記Rサブ画素を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のスペーサのそれぞれは、互いに所定の距離で離間した複数個で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のスペーサは、前記バンク層と異なる物質で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のスペーサは、前記バンク層と同じ物質で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記Rサブ画素の周辺におけるバンク層に形成された少なくとも1つの開口部をさらに含み、
前記開口部は、閉曲線形状に形成され、前記Rサブ画素における前記発光層の外側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記開口部は、前記Rサブ画素を取り囲む閉曲線形状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記開口部の内部に、前記正孔輸送層、前記電子輸送層、および前記カソード電極が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記開口部の側壁は、逆テーパー状であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記正孔輸送層と前記電子輸送層は、前記開口部の側壁および底面に形成され、前記カソード電極は、前記開口部の側壁により断線することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記アノード電極と前記正孔輸送層との間に配置された正孔注入層と、
前記電子輸送層と前記カソード電極との間に配置された電子注入層とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数のスペーサは、前記Rサブ画素と前記Gサブ画素との間、または前記Rサブ画素と前記Bサブ画素との間に配置され、
前記複数のスペーサは、前記Gサブ画素と前記Bサブ画素との間に存在しない、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
