Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの防食層(2)と、摩耗保護層(3)と、を備える、多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)であって、前記防食層(2)が、金属として少なくともチタン及びマグネシウムを含む、金属窒化物又は金属炭窒化物によって形成されており、前記金属窒化物又は前記金属炭窒化物が、少なくとも1つの希土類金属を更に含み、前記摩耗保護層(3)が、少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様無金属炭素層によって形成されており、前記防食層(2)が、前記摩耗保護層(3)に面する側で中間層(4)に隣接しており、前記中間層が、TiSiN、CrSiN、TiCN、及びTiSiCNのいずれか一つから形成されている、多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)。
- 前記金属窒化物又は前記金属炭窒化物が、アルミニウム、クロム、ジルコニウム、ハフニウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの金属を含んで更に形成されている、請求項1に記載の多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)。
- ガドリニウム、又はセリウム、又はランタン、又は前記元素のうちの2つ若しくは3つの混合物が、前記希土類金属として存在する、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)。
- 前記防食層(2)が、TiMgGdN、又はTiMgGdCN、又はTiMgCeN、又はTiMgCeCN、又はTiMgLaN、又はTiMgLaCNを含んで形成されている、請求項1に記載の多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)。
- 前記防食層(2)が、前記摩耗保護層(3)から離れて面する側で、クロム、又はチタン、又はジルコニウム、又はマグネシウム、又はガドリニウム、又は前記金属のうちの2つ若しくは3つの混合物から形成されている金属接着促進層(5)に隣接している、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の多層システム(1’’、1’’’)。
- 前記防食層(2)において、チタンは10~40原子%であり、マグネシウムは15~50原子%であり、前記金属窒化物又は前記金属炭窒化物において、希土類金属が、0.1~15原子%の範囲の濃度である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の多層システム(1’’、1’’’)。
- 前記摩耗保護層(3)が、タイプa-C、又はa-C:H、又はta-C、又はta-C:Si、又はta-C:H:O:Si、又はa-C:H:Si、又はa-C:H:O:Si、又はa-C:H:N、又は少なくとも2つのそのような炭素層の組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様無金属炭素層を備える、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)。
- 前記防食層(2)が、0.5~10μmの範囲の厚さを有し、及び/又は、前記摩耗保護層(3)が、0.1~10μmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)。
- 表面(6a)を有する金属基板(6)と、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)と、を備える、コンポーネント(8)であって、前記多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)が、前記摩耗保護層(3)が、前記基板(6)から離れて面するカバー層(7)を形成するように、前記表面(6a)上に少なくとも部分的に形成されている、コンポーネント(8)。
- 前記コンポーネントが、転がり軸受けコンポーネント、又は滑り軸受けコンポーネント、又はトライボロジー接触に使用され、かつ更に腐食媒体と接触しているコンポーネントである、請求項9に記載のコンポーネント(8)。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)、又は請求項9若しくは10のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(8)を生成するための方法であって、前記多層システム(1、1’、1’’、1’’’)が、PVDプロセス及び/又はPACVDプロセスによって形成される、方法。
