Description
表2、表3の結果から、本実施形態の繊維配合樹脂管1はレベル1、レベル2の耐震性照査において、充分な余裕を以て合格するものである。このように、本実施形態に係る繊維配合樹脂管1は十分な耐震性を有し、上記のとおり、伸縮可とう機能等を有する高額な耐震継手等を必要としないのである。

Claims (6)
- 地中埋設用の繊維配合樹脂管が既設管の内部に挿通される、管更生構造であって、
前記繊維配合樹脂管は、内周面が平滑な筒状の内管壁と、前記内管壁の外側に形成される外管壁とで構成され、
前記外管壁は、強化材が添加されることにより硬質に形成された帯状の芯材を螺旋状に巻回するとともに、前記芯材が、熱可塑性樹脂からなる上巻層により融着されて形成され、
前記内管壁が、熱可塑性樹脂からなる内側層と、前記内側層の外側に積層されるとともに補強繊維が巻回された外側層とで構成され、
前記芯材の外側が前記上巻層により被覆され、該上巻層が前記内管壁及び該芯材を被覆し、前記外管壁の外周面において該上巻層が一体的に連続する、管更生構造。 - 前記外側層において、同一方向に巻回される横糸と、異なる方向に巻回されて互いに交差するクロス糸との二種類の前記補強繊維が巻回される、請求項1に記載の管更生構造。
- 前記外側層において、前記補強繊維が布状に構成される、請求項1に記載の管更生構造。
- 地中埋設用の繊維配合樹脂管を既設管の内部に挿通する、管更生方法であって、
前記繊維配合樹脂管は、内周面が平滑な筒状の内管壁と、前記内管壁の外側に形成される外管壁とで構成され、
前記外管壁は、強化材が添加されることにより硬質に形成された帯状の芯材を螺旋状に巻回するとともに、前記芯材が、熱可塑性樹脂からなる上巻層により融着されて形成され、
前記内管壁が、熱可塑性樹脂からなる内側層と、前記内側層の外側に積層されるとともに補強繊維が巻回された外側層とで構成され、
前記芯材の外側が前記上巻層により被覆され、該上巻層が前記内管壁及び該芯材を被覆し、前記外管壁の外周面において該上巻層が一体的に連続する、管更生方法。 - 前記外側層において、同一方向に巻回される横糸と、異なる方向に巻回されて互いに交差するクロス糸との二種類の前記補強繊維が巻回される、請求項4に記載の管更生方法。
- 前記外側層において、前記補強繊維が布状に構成される、請求項4に記載の管更生方法。
