Claims (8)
- 生体内に挿入される管状の長尺体をガイドするためのガイドワイヤであって、
可撓性を備える長尺なシャフト部と、
前記シャフト部の先端部に配置され、生体組織に孔を形成する穿刺部と、
螺旋状に巻回される線材により形成され、収縮可能な収縮部を有するとともに、前記穿刺部を覆うカバー部と、を有し、
前記ガイドワイヤは、自然状態において湾曲する部位を有し、当該湾曲する部位に前記収縮部が位置し、
前記収縮部は、直線状態において、前記収縮部が収縮することによって、前記穿刺部が前記カバー部から突出可能であり、
前記収縮部が湾曲した状態において、前記収縮部の中心位置よりも先端側に位置する収縮部の先端部を有し、
前記収縮部の先端部に位置する線材同士の間の隙間距離の合計を総隙間長さと定義し、
前記収縮部が自然状態において湾曲することで凹状となる側で、前記線材同士が接触せずに前記線材同士の間の隙間が維持され、前記総隙間長さは、前記カバー部の先端と前記穿刺部の先端との間の離間距離よりも短く、
前記収縮部が湾曲した状態において、
前記収縮部は凹状となる側で、隣接する前記線材が接触することによって、前記穿刺部が前記カバー部から突出しないように収縮を制限されるガイドワイヤ。 - 前記収縮部が直線状態において、前記収縮部の前記線材同士の間の隙間距離は、前記収縮部と異なる前記カバー部の部位における前記線材同士の間の隙間距離よりも長い請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記カバー部は、前記収縮部よりも先端側に位置する収容管を有し、前記収容管は、隙間なく螺線を描く前記線材、または管体により形成される請求項1または2に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記収縮部が直線状態において、前記収縮部が最も収縮した際に、前記カバー部の先端は、前記穿刺部の先端よりも基端側に位置し、かつ前記穿刺部の基端よりも先端側に位置する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記収縮部が湾曲した状態において、前記収縮部は、当該収縮部の湾曲部位よりも基端側に、前記線材同士の間に隙間を有する基端疎ピッチ部を有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記収縮部が湾曲した状態において、前記収縮部の中心位置よりも基端側に位置する収縮部の基端部を有し、
前記収縮部の基端部に、前記線材同士の間に隙間を有する直線状の直線疎ピッチ部を有する請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のガイドワイヤ。 - 前記カバー部は、基端側へ向かって外径が小さくなる請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記カバー部は、前記線材同士の間に隙間を有する疎ピッチ部の基端側に、前記線材同士が接触する密ピッチ部を有する請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のガイドワイヤ。
