Description
(a)廃水供給物を、上から0.05*n~0.15*nの範囲の段階で第1の蒸留塔に供給することであって、ここで、nは第1の蒸留塔の理論段の総数を表し、値20~40の範囲である、該供給すること、
(b)上から0.55*n~0.75*nの範囲の段階で蒸気流を抜き取り、この蒸気流を理論上の段数m(mは3~10の範囲値を有する)を有する第2の蒸留塔の底部に送ること、
(c)清浄な水生成物を第2の蒸留塔からの頂部フラクションとして抜き取り、第2の蒸留塔から底部流を抜き取り、これを、工程(b)の蒸気流の抜き出しの下方で上から0.60*n~0.85*nの範囲の段階で第1の蒸留塔にフィードバックすること、
(d)濃縮ブライン生成物を第1の蒸留塔の底部フラクションとして抜き出すこと、および
(e)炭化水素流を第1の蒸留塔の頂部フラクションとして抜き出すこと、を含むWO99/67003A1のプロセスは、GB2,262,052Aに開示されているような凍結濃縮プロセスよりも10~50%低い資本投資しか必要としない一方、良好な浄化も達成すると言われている。
(a)廃水を多重効用蒸発処理に供することにより、蒸気頂部フラクションおよび不揮発性汚染物質を含む液体底部フラクションを得ること、および
(b)蒸気頂部フラクションの少なくとも一部をストリッピング処理に供される液体流に濃縮することにより、揮発性廃棄物有機物質および浄化水を含む塔頂流を液体底部流として得ること、を含む。
廃水を含む流れを反応器に供給することと、
廃水を含む流れを、酸素および触媒の存在下で酸化処理に供することにより、処理された流れを得ることと、
処理された流れの少なくとも一部を、処理された流れがガス流と液体流とに分離される分離器に送ることと、
液体流の一部を反応器に再循環させることと、を含む触媒湿式酸化処理に供することを含む。
銅ナノ粒子がドープされたポリマービーズを、懸濁重合によって調製した。重合反応は、加熱マントル上に取り付けられ、還流冷却器、温度計および連続撹拌機を備えた2リットルの三口ガラス容器中で行った。
上記のセクション1)で調製した触媒ビーズを、実験1~6で使用して、工業用スチレンモノマー/プロピレンオキシド(SM/PO)の生成プロセスから得られた廃水流を処理した。該実験は、該触媒ビーズの存在下で廃水を湿式酸化処理に供することを含んでいた。
Claims (9)
- プロピレンオキシドを生成するための工業プロセスからの炭化水素および塩を含む廃水を処理するプロセスであって、該プロセスによる処理前の前記廃水が、80,000~125,000mg/Lの範囲の化学的酸素要求量を有し、前記廃水を、
前記廃水を含む流れを事前処理して浄化することなく反応器に供給することと、
前記廃水を含む前記流れを、酸素と金属ナノ粒子がドープされた多孔質カーボンビーズを含む触媒との存在下で酸化処理に供することにより、処理された流れを得ることと、
前記処理された流れの一部を、前記処理された流れがガス流と液体流とに分離される分離器に送ることと、
前記液体流の一部を前記反応器に再循環することと、を含む触媒湿式酸化処理に供することを含む、プロセス。 - 前記酸化処理工程が、120~300℃で行われる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 連続的な方式で行われる、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 酸素および任意に不活性ガスを含むガス流が前記反応器に供給される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸素および任意に不活性ガスを含むガス流中の酸素の量が、1~100体積%の範囲である、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸素および任意に不活性ガスを含むガス流が、空気からなるガス流、または空気と追加量の1つ以上の不活性ガスとの組み合わせからなるガス流である、請求項4または5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸素および任意に不活性ガスを含むガス流が、酸素濃度が空気中のものよりも高いガス流である、請求項4または5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒が、10~300g/(l/時)の範囲の、前記廃水を含む流れの供給速度(1時間当たりのリットル数)当たりの量(グラム)で使用される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分離器によって分離された前記液体流の1~99%が前記反応器に再循環される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
