Description
(a)LiDAR検知装置と;
(b)上記LiDAR検知装置を密閉するハウジングと、
(c)750~1650nm、好ましくは750~1050nm、より好ましくは750~950nmの波長範囲において5m-1未満の吸収係数を有する少なくとも1つのガラスシートで作られた少なくとも一部を有する少なくとも1つのカバーレンズであって、保護ハウジングに固定されるカバーレンズと、
を含む検出装置に関する。
ここでρ=(n-1)2/(n+1)2である。
Claims (10)
- a.LiDAR検知装置(2)と;
b.前記LiDAR検知装置(2)を密閉する保護ハウジング(3)と、
c.750~1650nmの波長範囲において5m-1未満の吸収係数を有する少なくとも1つのガラスシートで作られた少なくとも1つのカバーレンズ(4)であって、前記保護ハウジング(3)に固定されるカバーレンズ(4)と、
を含む検出装置(1)において、
前記カバーレンズ(4)が軟質材料の射出成形により前記保護ハウジング(3)に固定されて1つの部分品を形成していることを特徴とする検出装置(1)。 - a.LiDAR検知装置(2)と;
b.前記LiDAR検知装置(2)を密閉する保護ハウジング(3)と、
c.750~1650nmの波長範囲において5m -1 未満の吸収係数を有する少なくとも1つのガラスシートで作られた少なくとも1つのカバーレンズ(4)であって、前記保護ハウジング(3)に固定されるカバーレンズ(4)と、
を含む検出装置(1)において、
前記カバーレンズ(4)が取り外し可能なカバーであり、
前記カバーレンズ(4)が、接着剤を使用せずに金属又はプラスチックのフレーム(7)に軟質材料の射出成形により封入されて組立体(8)を形成しており、
前記組立体(8)が、可逆的な固定手段(9)によって、前記保護ハウジング(3)に固定されており、前記可逆的な固定手段(9)が、ねじ又は接着ビーズであることを特徴とする、検出装置(1)。 - 前記検出装置(1)が乗り物の上、例えばバンパー、アップリケ、屋根の上に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の検出装置(1)。
- 前記LIDAR検知装置が、3Dマッピングを可能にしかつ750~1650nmの範囲の波長のレーザービームを放出する走査、回転、フラッシング、又は固体状態LiDAR装置である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の検出装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートが、750~1050nmの波長範囲において5m -1 未満の吸収係数を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の検出装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートが、750~950nmの波長範囲において5m -1 未満の吸収係数を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の検出装置(1)。
- 請求項1に記載のLiDAR装置(1)の製造方法であって:
a.保護ハウジング(3)及びカバーレンズ(4)を提供し、
b.前記保護ハウジング(3)及び前記カバーレンズ(4)をともに封入型中で軟質材料の射出成形により封入して1つの部分品を形成し、これにより、前記カバーレンズ(4)を前記保護ハウジング(3)に固定する、
工程を含む方法。 - 請求項2に記載のLiDAR装置(1)の製造方法であって:
a.保護ハウジング(3)、カバーレンズ(4)、及び金属及び/又は軟質材料で作られたフレーム(7)を提供し、
b.前記カバーレンズ(4)を、接着剤を使用せずに前記金属及び/又は軟質材料で作られたフレーム(7)中に軟質材料の射出成形により封入して組立体(8)を形成させ、
c.前記組立体(8)を、可逆的な固定手段(9)によって前記保護ハウジング(3)に固定する、ただし、前記可逆的な固定手段(9)が、ねじ又は接着ビーズである、
工程を含む方法。 - 前記カバーレンズ(4)が、前記保護ハウジング(3)の周辺端部と同じ高さである、
請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 - 組立体(8)が、前記カバーレンズ(4)を保護するために外部環境に面する透明壁(10)をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
