Description
[1]次の成分(A)、(B)及び(C):
ポリオキシアルキレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル(A)
下記化学式(1)で表されるリン酸エステル化合物(B)
グリセリン脂肪酸エステル(C)
を含有してなる、ポリオレフィン系樹脂用帯電防止剤。
[2]ポリオレフィン系樹脂100質量部に対し、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン系樹脂用帯電防止剤を0.01~3.0質量部配合してなる、ポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物。
[3][2]に記載のポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物を成形してなる成形体。
[4][2]に記載のポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物を成形してなるフィルム。
炭素数2~24のアルケニル基としては、具体的には、エテニル基、プロペニル基、ブテニル基、ペンテニル基、ヘキセニル基、ヘプテニル基、オクテニル基、ノネニル基、デセニル基、ドデセニル基、トリデセニル基、テトラデセニル基、ペンタデセニル基、ヘキサデセニル基、ヘプタデセニル基、オクタデセニル基、エイコセニル基、ドコセニル基、テトラコセニル基等が挙げられ、これらは分岐構造、環状構造を有していてもよい。
置換基を有していてもよいアリール基としては、フェニル基、トリル基、キシリル基、クメニル基、メシチル基、ビフェニル基、ナフチル基等の無置換のアリール基、炭素数1~24の炭化水素基、炭素数1~10のアルキル基、炭素数2~10のアルケニル基、炭素数2~10のアルコキシ基等の置換基を有する前記アリール基が挙げられる。
これらの中でも、適度なブリード性を付与する観点から、炭素数8~22のアルキル基又はアルケニル基が好ましく、特にドデシル基、イソトリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、オクタデシル基が好ましい。
具体的には、低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、プロピレン-エチレン共重合体、プロピレン-ブテン共重合体、プロピレン-エチレン-ブテン共重合体、エチレン・ブテン-1共重合体、エチレン・プロピレン・ブテン-1共重合体、エチレン・アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン・アクリル酸共重合体を金属イオンにより架橋したアイオノマー、ポリブテン-1、ブテン・エチレン共重合体が挙げられる。これら単独または2種類以上を混合して用いてもよい。
前記α-オレフィンと共重合可能なα-オレフィン以外の単量体としては、酢酸ビニル、マレイン酸、ビニルアルコール、メタクリル酸、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル等を挙げることが出来る。
フィルム成形時の製膜機の押し出し機部分、テンター出口部分及び排気口からの発煙状態を目視により観察した。

製膜後45℃で24時間エージングしたフィルムを25℃、50%RH雰囲気下にて、高抵抗絶縁試験機(株式会社三菱ケミカルアナリテック社製、ハイレスタUP MCP-HT450)を用い、フィルムを主電極と対向電極との間に挟み、JIS-K-6911に従って印加電圧500Vにて表面固有抵抗値を測定した。
フィルムのコロナ放電処理面にグラビア印刷機を用いて、水系インキを印刷し、フィルム表面との転移性と接着性を評価した。
水系インキとして東洋インキ製造(株)製「アクワエコール」を専用の希釈溶剤を用いて固形分濃度20~30重量% 、アルコール濃度30%以下に希釈したものを使用した。
転移性評価は印刷表面を光学顕微鏡にて観察し、ハジキ・インキの転移量を評価した。
評価基準
◎ : ハジキがまったく見られず、インキの転移量も多い
○ : 殆どハジキが見られず、多少インキの転写量も多い
△ : 多少ハジキが見られ、インキの転写量は普通
× : ハジキが多く、インキの転写量も少ない
× × : 非常にハジキが多く、インキの転写量も少ない
(接着性評価)
接着性評価はセロハンテープによる剥離試験で行った。印刷面に1mmの幅に剃刀で切れ目を11本縦横直角に入れ1mm角の碁盤目を100 個作る。その後、セロハンテープを碁盤目上に密着させた後剥離し、印刷面のインキ残存状態から接着性を評価した。
評価基準
◎ : インキの残存面積が95%以上
○ : インキの残存面積が90~95%
△ : インキの残存面積が70~90%
× : インキの残存面積が50~70%
× × : インキの残存面積が50%以下
滑り性は、以下に示す動摩擦係数の値によって評価した。熱可塑性樹脂組成物の成形によって作製されたフィルムについて、40℃ にて1日保管後の動摩擦係数(μd)を摩擦測定機TR-2(東洋精機製)を使用してJISK7125-ISO8295(プラスチック-フィルム及びシート-摩擦係数試験法)に従って測定する。なお、測定条件は温湿度20℃×45%、R.H.である。
◎ : 0.3μd以下
○ : 0.3~0.4μd
△ : 0.4~0.5μd
× : 0.5μd以上
ポリオレフィン樹脂として、メルトフローレートが3.0g/10分のホモポリプロピレン樹脂100部、帯電防止剤として、ポリオキシエチレン(20)ソルビタンステアレート0.25部、ポリオキシエチレン(6)ドデシルエーテルリン酸0.10部およびグリセリンモノステアレート0.15部をヘンシェルミキサーにて混合した後、ペレタイザーを備えた二軸押出機を用いて溶融混練し、ペレット状のポリプロピレン樹脂組成物を得た。
上記実施例1において、押出機に供給する帯電防止剤の種類および配合量を、それぞれ表1に記載のとおりとしたほかは、実施例1と同様にしてフィルム製造し、それぞれ評価した。評価結果を表1に示す。なお、表1中のPOEはポリオキシエチレンの略であり、カッコ内の数字はオキシエチレン基の平均付加モル数である。
これに対し、オレイルジエタノールアミンを併用した比較例1と2のポリプロピレン樹脂組成物は、フィルム成形時に発煙した。
Claims (4)
- 次の成分(A)、(B)及び(C):
1分子中に存在するエチレンオキシドの総数が10以上であるポリオキシアルキレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル(A)
下記化学式(1)で表されるリン酸エステル化合物(B)
グリセリン脂肪酸エステル(C)
を、成分(A)が20~60質量%、成分(B)が8~40質量%、成分(C)が20~50質量%の割合で含有してなる、ポリオレフィン系樹脂用帯電防止剤。 - ポリオレフィン系樹脂100質量部に対し、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン系樹脂用帯電防止剤を0.01~3.0質量部配合してなる、ポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物。
- 請求項2に記載のポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物を成形してなる成形体。
- 請求項2に記載のポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物を成形してなるフィルム。
