図1から図6に示すように、治具クランプ30は、一方側クランプ部材31と、他方側クランプ部材32と、加圧部33と、スペーサ34と、を有している。
次に、以上構成を説明した溶接用治具装置1を使用して実行される、部品の製造方法について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 複数の部材を重ね合わせて溶接することにより形成される部品の溶接に用いられる治具装置であって、
重ねられた前記複数の部材における表側に露出する面のうち一方の面に接する一方側接合面を有する一方側治具と、
前記複数の部材における表側に露出する面のうち他方の面に接する他方側接合面を有する他方側治具と、
前記一方側治具及び前記他方側治具を前記複数の部材とともに前記複数の部材の積層方向から挟む治具クランプと、
を備え、
前記一方側治具または前記他方側治具の少なくともいずれか一方に、前記部品における所望の溶接部位に対応する開口部が設けられていて、
面方向において前記複数の部材の外周側に、表側から前記積層方向に向かって前記一方側治具と前記他方側治具を加圧する加圧部と、
面方向において前記加圧部の位置、及び、前記積層方向において前記一方側治具と前記他方側治具との間に設けられているスペーサと、
を備え、
前記治具クランプは、
前記一方側治具の表側の面に接する一方側クランプ部材と、
前記他方側治具の表側の面に接する他方側クランプ部材と、
を有し、
前記スペーサは、前記一方側クランプ部材と前記他方側クランプ部材とが加圧されている状態において、前記積層方向における前記一方側クランプ部材と前記他方側クランプ部材との間隔を保つような厚みを有している溶接用治具装置。 - 前記一方側治具は、一方側開口部が、前記部品における所望の溶接部位のうち一部に対応し、
前記他方側治具は、前記部品における所望の溶接部位のうち前記一方側開口部に対応しない部分に対応する他方側開口部を有する、
請求項1に記載の溶接用治具装置。 - 前記一方側開口部及び前記他方側開口部により形成される所望の溶接部位は、環状の閉じた経路を形成する、
請求項2に記載の溶接用治具装置。 - 前記治具クランプは、前記一方側開口部及び前記他方側開口部の少なくともいずれか一方が設けられていない位置において、前記一方側治具及び前記他方側治具の表側の面に接する、
請求項2または3に記載の溶接用治具装置。
